After the big success of the first “Classic Series” by K’ Alexi Shelby, Technorama is back and proud to present a new release by Swedish rising techno producer Santiago Naura aka Bleak.

Releases on Delsin, Secret Sundaze, Deeply Rooted and his own driven label Naura Records have helped him establish himself as one of the new generation of techno producers to watch. Sweden’s Bleak is fast becoming an essential part of his country’s techno new school recognised for creating and pushing that vision that’s integral to transcending your experience into something inspiring.

His personal style of techno is of the deep, hypnotic,hardware-based variety ; that engulfs you and never let´s you go. Here you can find three brilliant mixes, a real package of hard driving, deep, raw and analog techno bombs, including a powerful remix by upcoming talent Stefan Vincent (Traut, Balans, Dynamic Reflection). Bleak - Bloodline Ep [TR6] snippets

We started 'The Classic Series' featuring tracks that we love, bought, played out and which we have the feeling more people should know about them.

For this third, It is a great honor for us to welcome such a living legend, a pioneer from Kalamazoo, Michigan (city right in the middle between Chicago and Detroit) : Jay Denham aka Fade II Black. His style is a unique blend of these two worlds - Chicago House and Detroit Techno, with a Kalamazoo touch. He stays true to the underground, makes the music for the art of it and always remembers where he comes from.

On A side : 'In Synch', a massive and very demand classic techno track from Jay Denham under pseudonym Fade II Black. Released in 1990 on Fragile records, Transmat's subdivision.

On B Side : 'Playground', previously released in 1999 on Disko B, issue from the great 'Synthesized Society' album. Our favorite secret weapons, a real masterpiece of Techno house sound.

‘Prepare to commit the name Najem Sworb to memory’ commanded Philip Sherburne when he reviewed the Strasbourger's previous record for Resident Advisor. It wasn't a hard ask, Sworb makes some pretty incredible stuff. 

Known by some for his fantastic release on the now defunct Ai records and famous 'Renow Ep' on Clone Basement Series (was supported by Josh Wink, Rod, Cassy etc.), Najem makes his debut here on Technorama records!.

Swaying to the UK sound, this EP clearly targets the dancefloor, delivering four genuine techno tracks structured with the trippy spacey savour that Najem is known for… Enjoy !.

For this fourth release, It is a great honor for us to welcome such a living legend, a pioneer from the Chicago house & techno scene : Roy Davis Jr. This project includes three very rare cuts and timeless moments of deep Chicago house. 

On A side : ‘I’m Tha D.J.’, released in 1995 on Kumba Records + ‘Under Tha Sun’, released in 1995 on Downtown 161. On B side : Modal (Woody McBride & David Stevens) ‘Lovers’ remixed by Roy Davis Jr. & Dj Skull. A massive, rare, and very demand track, previously released in 1996 on Sounds (subdivision of Communiqué). Our favorite secret weapons, a real masterpiece of deep tech Chicago sounds. Enjoy !

Edinburgh's techno master Stephen Brown is an artist with a distinct sound, a sound that he has crafted over 20 years from his works on legendary labels such as Djax-Up-Beats, Transmat, Subject Detroit, Theory, Skudge and of course on his own Realtime imprint. His massive release ‘Medusa’ on Technorama in 2014 has received massive support from major players & has been also licenced to Fabric - Eats Everything cd project. 

He makes a come back here and delivers another fantastic track called Deep In which is a structured house track with built in funky vocals. You can find here also a bold & energetic club bomb by Literon, also known under the Gerd alias. Summer vibes, enjoy !
