Carl Shorts is the sonic alter ego of an extraordinary, forward-thinking hard techno producer and composer. Known for delivering uncompromising, hard-hitting techno, his style is raw, relentless and industrial - forged in the underground and built for concrete walls, strobe lit floors and peak hour pressure.

Inspired by the grit of 90s European techno and the do it yourself ethics of modern underground movements, Shorts leads a new breed of hard techno artists. Drawing influence from the pulse of Berlins basements to the industrial echoes of Detroit, Shorts' productions are driven by pounding kick drums, relentless grooves and distorted rhythms and textures to create the hard-hitting sound that he is renowned for.  

With a sound firmly rooted in the underground scene, Shorts' technical compositional and production abilities allow him to channel a philosophy of movement, tension, and release in his tracks whilst constantly pushing the boundaries of hard techno music - no gimmicks, no compromises, just pure sustained intensity and power,  producing work that goes beyond expectation and never diluted.

Estilos musicales como ,technominimal ,techno ,technogroove, hard techno,  scranz ,etc..... disfruta de sesiones  cargadas de energía  que  te harán sentir  el hormigeo del baile ,estés donde estés  
me  gusta  mezclar  a vinilo, platos digitales y crear un sonido  profundo, oscuro,  que te harán viajar en el tiempo.

(Dr. QuickDj) is a self-taught Mallorcan DJ and producer with 26 years of experience in the music field, creating and producing techno since his youth. He learned to play various equipment such as CDJs, controllers, and vinyl turntables.

Musical styles such as technominimal, techno, technogroove, hard techno, scranz, etc. Enjoy energetic sessions that will make you feel the tingle of dance, wherever you are.

I enjoy mixing vinyl and digital turntables and creating a deep, dark sound that will take you back in time.
