Active resident of the renowned Montreal collective OCTOV, Dopamyne is a well-known queer DJ in the Quebec rave scene. With her contagious energy, her explosive track selection and her surgically precise mixes, she carved herself a solid reputation at national and international levels.

Her journey began in 2008, when she first came into contact with gabber and hardcore music. She then developed a serious passion for high energy electronic music, and a burning desire to share her admiration for underground sounds. Very active in her local scene, it took only a few months to see Dopamyne appear on the biggest rave line-ups all over the province and country.

Exploring various styles over the years, she’s understood that the harder side of techno creates real havoc on the dancefloors. Influenced by her own feelings and her soul-stirring past, Dopamyne never fails to curate fiery & emotion-packed DJ sets. Adrenalin enthusiast & impulsive by nature, she loves to surprise her audience with hard, fast-paced driving sounds, but also with a touch of sentimentalism & melancholy. Dopamyne never ceases to widen her musical spectrum and loves to incorporate music from different eras in her work. Blending several genres like corrosive hard techno, UK hard dance, hypnotizing acid, groovy techno, early hardstyle, as well as the epic vibe of hard trance in her mixes, she will certainly transport you musically into the rave nostalgia.
