Premiere: HIPPØ - Last Battle (CORROID's Blutbad)

Sturqen are César Rodrigues and David Arantes, an electronic music duo from Porto, Portugal. Active since 2008, Sturqen have released albums and EPs on various labels (Kvitnu, Metaphysik, Less is Techno...) and formats (vinyl, cds, cassettes). It's music that ranges from a mechanical post-industrial mood to slower landscapes where improvisation doesn't give space to monotonous moments. Sometimes closer to techno, other times closer to exploratory noisy worlds, it's for sure music without concessions that always brings an intense sonic radicalism to their live performances. Characterized by being severe and highly physical, qualities that are revealed in its fullness when experienced in a concert format, Sturqen are an unpredictable clash of improvisation and sound anarchy.

Producer, DJ and label owner of Idealistmusic

Based in Zurich (Switzerland), Idealist already produces music for more than a decade. But only in the previous five years he took the next steps and signed tracks to labels like Echocord, Pro-Tez and Berg Audio and focused on building up his own imprint Idealistmusic with its sublabel Details Series. Both of which gained him wide international recognition. In September 2016, Idealist released his anticipated debut album „Firewood Street“, a deep manifestation of the sound of his earlier tracks which might invoke vivid memories of dance music's glorious past in between Robert Hood, Basic Channel and some unpolished Chicago roughness.
The recent success and attention lead him to gigs across Europe, Canada, US and Georgia, where he played in clubs like Tresor, Batofar, or the Culture Box and shared the decks with DJs like Delano Smith or Fred P.
