Label owner of ‘EarToGround’ Gareth’s story  begins in 1992 during the early years of Jungle. By 94 he had developed a very strong addiction to vinyl and London’s underground rave culture. As the years progressed his musical tastes developed to the genre known as Techno. Along the way he has gained over 15 years of underground musical diversity.  This diversity and influence can be heard in his productions. He strives for an over all, forward thinking sound for ‘EarToGround’ aiming to do things differently and come up with something new with each release.  In 2011 he brought Lucy’s Stroboscopic Artefacts to the UK for the first time with two packed out parties at Corsica Studios.  This relationship developed further with  Oblivious Artefacts designing the artwork  for the first series of four releases on EarToGround Records.

Quickly becoming  a highly respected Dj in London, you will never hear the same set twice from Gareth. As in his productions, diversity is the key, his fast pace energetic sets always keep you wanting more. You can regularly  find him behind the decks at fabric and Cable with label compadres Dax J and Chris Stanford.

Odd Hills is a Lithuanian born, London based techno DJ, co-founder of Temple.Recordings and event series Temple.Invites. 
His love for electronic music began from a young age, but it wasn’t until he emigrated to the UK that he identified his true sound and style. Incorporating dark and melodic elements with experimental sounds, his unique style truly takes listeners on a mesmerising journey. His hard work and dedication to the scene has led him to play across a range of clubs in London, as well as in Glasgow and Vilnius. 

The lack of physical events across the past few years has led to increased focus on the Temple.Prayer podcast series, which features a broad spectrum of techno styles, allowing up and coming DJs a chance to showcase their work, alongside international heavy-hitters.

Born in the province of Tacna, Andrea Zapata began after studying electronic music production and DJ courses at 'Project Media'. As a young woman she was always interested and excited every time she found tracks she liked. During the pandemic, she explored new music and artists who inspired her to experiment with different styles within the genre.

Andrea always offers an unpredictable journey, her sets are usually loaded with linear rhythms together with extravagant sounds that create a hypnotic atmosphere and take the listener to a state of peace of mind. 
For her, music is a connection that occurs with the listener. The deep and hypnotic techno genres as well as the experimental and its subgenres are what define it. She finds a lot of inspiration every time she gets out of her daily life and gets in touch with nature. 
At the moment she is waiting for her first release, an EP for KVLTÖ Records (Mexico) this year.

Izan Cramer ha ido ligado desde la niñez a la música electrónica y en especial al Techno.
Ya en su primera década de vida empezó a interesarse por las mezclas y la creación de ritmos. 
Poco después, a los 12 años, tuvo su primer contacto con el público de un club empezando así su romance con la noche..

Actualmente tiene residencia con su fiesta Kraneal en Reset Club de Zaragoza.

ABOUT US

TechnoTrippin' was established in the early 2014 in Barcelona to support the small techno scene that was emerging slowly but intensely.

In 2015 "Techno in the Forest", an underground festival on the outskirts of Barcelona, was born with the idea of creating strong links between artists, collectives, labels, dancers and everyone related to the underground scene in the city.
After 4 unforgettable editions, we decided we had accomplished our objective of uniting the scene and Techno in the Forest celebrated its last memorable gathering in 2018.

Since then, we have been operating only as a non-profit underground techno platform releasing podcasts & premieres from artists and labels around the globe.

In 2024, celebrating our 10th Anniversary, we launched our solidary techno label, focused on releasing music to help people who are in terryfing situations.

All the proceeds from all releases will go to different NGOs like Save The Children, UNRWA and Open Arms.*

We plan to put on another TechnoTrippin' in the Forest (V). We feel it's time again, after the pandemic, to support and unite the local techno scene by providing an unrivalled quality sound system, a place surrounded by nature, and an atmosphere that reflects the fact that we are not in it for the money. We put our heart and soul into it, simply because we can, and for us, techno is a way of life.
