Dirty Epic welcomes aboard @blazejmalinowskiofficial for its 99th episode of Amplify Series.

Take any of Blazej Malinowski’s numerous projects—his wide-ranging productions, powerful DJ or live sets, events, radio shows or record label Inner Tension—and you will find the same ethos at the core. 
They’re all built on a passion for creating uplifting moments through electronic music, and on an open-mindedness to explore, collaborate and evolve.

Malinowski started DJing in early 2000s Warsaw, while eagerly discovering early US house and techno music. Together with his friend Michał Wolski, Malinowski started the Fünfte Strasse Project as an event series and radio show. From there, gigs quickly began to flow. His skills behind the decks stood out, and before long Malinowski was playing across Poland and around the world, delivering beloved sets of driving, contemporary techno.

While developing an uncompromising musical identity as a DJ, Malinowski began to translate his nuanced interpretation of techno, ambient and experimental music into productions. His first released works landed in 2012, laying the groundwork for records on acclaimed labels such as The Gods Planet, Svreca’s Semantica and Claudio PRC’s 012. Fast forward to today and Malinowski is a go-to name for tripped-out, psychedelic grooves for pitch-black dancefloors.

Despite his acclaim as a techno artist, Malinowski holds the more experimental side of his craft in equal standing. He is the founder of the A/V event series Why So Silent?, which pairs electronic music with silent movies, and also continues to push his boundaries through collaborations, such as the leftfield duo Keen Distress, or B2B sets.

Though Malinowski recently made the move to Berlin in order to fully realise his ambitions, he remains as committed as ever to his native Poland’s musical landscape, holding down a residency at Jasna1 and tirelessly championing the country’s cultural history and vibrant scene. From his new home, a global hub for dance music, Malinowski is pushing himself to explore the full range of possibilities within techno’s ever-evolving framework.

The Rotterdam-based label and agency On Board Music proudly marks its 10-year anniversary with a carefully curated compilation of likeminded artists. This milestone release showcases those who have shaped the label's sound and identity, while also setting the tone for the years to come. On Board 10 features nine tracks on vinyl, complemented by five exclusive digital bonus tracks.

The collection traverses a diverse spectrum: from the immersive depths of Altinbas' atmospheric journey Submersion to the intricate, rhythmic craftsmanship of Polygonia's drum-workout Broken Temptation, and from GiGi FM's ethereal dub-techno exploration Maova and Dorisburg's percussive, Nordic-techno gem Sensorik. The release blends introspective meditativeness with dancefloor-ready energy - a balance between home listening and club environments. Claudio PRC’s (@claudioprc) fifth album, Self Surrender, unfolds as a reflective journey of self-acceptance, a story embracing reality in its purest and most unfiltered form. Released via Delsin Records, this marks his first full-length album on the label, following the EP’s Rites of Passage (2021), Challenger Deep (2022) and Golden Scales (2024).

The album explores different and more leftfield sonic corners, while remaining true to Claudio’s cavernous, deep, and spiritual essence. It’s a journey through different styles, with echoes of the past and contemporary influences merging.

Self Surrender begins with ambient and dub echoes, moving through dark, minimal rhythms and deep techno. It blends techno and house elements, exploring themes of sin and redemption with cutting synths and tight grooves. This first half of the longplayer closes introspectively with a reflective ambient piece.

In the second part, the sound shifts to more energetic techno. It’s driven by heavy kicks and dreamy atmospheres, with acid-laden textures and haunting strings. To conclude, Self Surrender closes with an ethereal track, fully embodying the theme of surrender and acceptance.

Born in Sardinia and now based in Berlin, Claudio PRC has been a key figure in the deep techno scene since 2006. His music is deeply rooted in a philosophical approach, drawing from Detroit techno, electroacoustics, and his academic background in Music and New Technologies. Over the years, he has released on labels such as Prologue Music, Semantica Records, while also establishing his label 012 as a platform for art and sound research.

Flug, as his name suggests, allows his audience to take a trip back to their roots, back to their inner self and what it is to really feel techno. In venues such as, Griessmuehle, Suicide Circus, MMA, Corsica Studios, Rex Club, Razzmatazz, or festivals as DGTL, Nature One , MAYDAY, to name a few, the Argentinian´s definition of techno has been clearly demonstrated not only through his DJ sets that are as devastating as they are uplifting with his serious kick drums, use of hi-hats and reverberating basslines, but also through driving his own organically produced techno forward with an EP released on Chris Liebing imprint CLR – ‚Sincrodestino‘, remixes for SOMA – Slam Reverse Proceed Remixes, his recently releases on Jam, Sam Paganini’s label and Suara only to scratch the surface, cutting his industrially chizzled sound with melodical rythms both elegant and almost eloquent in nature.

His album ‘In Safe Hidding’ released on mid 2016 on the german label Nachtstrom Schallplatten by far his most personal and reflective piece of work, as it is, in his words, „statement of freedom” was acclaimed by the press, Mixmag Germany album of the month, and rated with a 10/10.

Flug´s unrivaled and brutal self-discipline in the studio, his humbleness in approach, his fierce passion for and overall dedication to the cause, as well as having grown up living and breathing electronic music, have given Flug, real name Sebastian, a long and welcoming insight into what it really means to be a DJ and producer in today’s techno world, which in his opinion, means keeping it real.

TechnoTrippin' was established in the early 2014 in Barcelona to support the small techno scene that was emerging slowly but intensely.

In 2015 "Techno in the Forest", an underground festival on the outskirts of Barcelona, was born with the idea of creating strong links between artists, collectives, labels, dancers and everyone related to the underground scene in the city.
After 4 unforgettable editions, we decided we had accomplished our objective of uniting the scene and Techno in the Forest celebrated its last memorable gathering in 2018.

Since then, we have been operating only as a non-profit underground techno platform releasing podcasts & premieres from artists and labels around the globe.

In 2024, celebrating our 10th Anniversary, we launched our solidary techno label, focused on releasing music to help people who are in terryfing situations.

All the proceeds from all releases will go to different NGOs like Save The Children, UNRWA and Open Arms.*

We plan to put on another TechnoTrippin' in the Forest (V). We feel it's time again, after the pandemic, to support and unite the local techno scene by providing an unrivalled quality sound system, a place surrounded by nature, and an atmosphere that reflects the fact that we are not in it for the money. We put our heart and soul into it, simply because we can, and for us, techno is a way of life.
