Sound researcher in the studio, chaos creator on the dancefloor our next podcast comes from @d-leria aka Giuseppe who started his DJ carrier over 20 years ago in 2001. In the early stages, he was focused on playing Hardcore, achieving international success, and playing at performing at major festival lineups. In 2014 he encountered a new and unfamiliar sound realizing that this was what he had long been desiring. D-Leria was born from this experimentation and started a whole new journey. At first, he began releasing independent EP's that developed the intentions of his very own label called Delirio. Artists such as Stanislav Tolkackev, Simone Giudice, Retina.it, Key Clef, and more were all hosted on several occasions on his label; all there to spread the same message, hard groove on vinyl. In September 2017 he moved to Berlin to find new ideas and to develop his album "Driving to Nowhere" which took him five years but became his most memorable work yet. The sound immediately gained the attention of many artists such as Shifted, Donato Dozzy, Svreca, Neel, Marco Shuttle, Reeko, Psyk, Refracted, and many more. Furthermore, this paved the way for his later recordings on labels such as Avian, Semantica, Non Series, Camera Magmatica, Aura Dinamica, and more which have given him international recognition for D-Leria.

Commanding a space within the deeper realms of techno with a natural grace and energy we can’t help but find ourselves drawn to, Mary has dedicated the past 14+ years to nurturing her love for electronic music as a DJ, producer, label owner and vinyl distribution manager. 

When it comes to DJ’ing, her memorable selections and technical skills shine through time and time again, while her productions are an essential for any deep techno lover.

Mary’s outputs, no matter what form they take, all radiate with her deeply rooted love for electronic music - a scene to which her contribution cannot be underestimated.

With over 20 years of experience, Tokyo based artist has played in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, USA,China, korea, - including places like Octagon, ageHa, Womb, Vent, Dommune, Contact. His skill as a DJ derives from technical mixing 3 decks skills and Kaleidoscopic and Cavernous deep techno with hi-fidelity that take you on trip.
Acclaimed also as a producer, Ryogo Yamamori has established a platform of his sounds on 951beat and it has grown to feature some of his closest affiliates including Kan Shinomura, Hisaharu Sato,Skoll,Sinnertia,

Ryogo Yamamori has been involved in techno since the late 90’s. Since he has released tracks from respected labels, notably Josh Wink's label Ovum - Trinity EP, got charted in 58th on Beatport's Techno which made worldwide selling. Ryogo’s « Journey » was released from his label “951beat” and 40th with Resident Advisor and featured from DJ Mag, XLR8R, BBC RADIO1, Orb, Monument, After having collaborated in Detroit Movement's official compilation, he has received offers from Ovum, Secession, Human Lessons, Epione Records, Katharsis, Ovunqve, Machine to just name a few. In 2017, Ryogo Yamamori started his own vinyl & digital imprint “kagerou” material alongside brand new works.

Italo/Iranian DJ and Producer Sciahriar ‘Sciahri’ Tavakoli has been meandering throughout the spectrum of Techno ever since his 2014 debut EP on Ilian Tape ‘Mysterious Love’. His output has touched the functional paradigms of this genre as much as strongly texture-focused experimentation. This is reflected on his multi-faceted
DJ sets. His significance in the scene has been established via some of its most influential record labels, such as Opal Tapes, Manhigh, Semantica, Mord, and, in parallel, via his own outlet Sublunar Records since 2017. This has been complemented by his production with German producer Desroi (Avian / Semantica) and within the leftfield techno/electronica duo UNKNOT with electroacoustic musician Emanuele Porcinai (Contort / Subtext). With his label Sublunar he has been contributing to shaping the sound of contemporary Techno, releasing affirmed as well as up-and-coming artists such as Svreca, Nuel, Refracted, Donor, Nh.
He has played in some of the most influential clubs and events in Europe such as Tresor Berlin / Herrensauna, Dude Club Milan, River Port Kiev and many others.

Rui G. 's musical path starts off like that of many DJs of our days, looking for their place in the sun. What distinguishes him is his insatiable research and desire to explore different horizons of electronics, to overcome himself as a storyteller and a creator of sound narratives. Year after year, party after party, his interest in electronics grew stronger and deeper, and in 2009 he debuts definitively in the 'dancefloor' as a DJ. Only two years later, in 2011, Rui G accepted the invitation to join the collective Elements, a renowned platform dedicated to electronics, based in Coimbra. This association was an important step in his musical journey, with invitations to play in some of the events and clubs with more tradition in the Techno scene, between Coimbra and Porto, along with well known DJs whom he admires, such as: David Rodrigues, Nelson Flip, A .Paul, The Advent, Deepbass, Brando Lupi, Nobody Home, NTOGN, BLNDR, Antigone, Dorian Gray, Freddy K and Henning Baer.
Talented, curious, ambitious, committed to crossing musical boundaries and improving his technical skills, his sets invite to a sensorial journey beyond preconceived ideas of genre. Most recently he was present at events in Lisbon, Germany and the Czech Republic.

Odd Hills is a Lithuanian born, London based techno DJ, co-founder of Temple.Recordings and event series Temple.Invites. 
His love for electronic music began from a young age, but it wasn’t until he emigrated to the UK that he identified his true sound and style. Incorporating dark and melodic elements with experimental sounds, his unique style truly takes listeners on a mesmerising journey. The lack of physical events across the past few years has led to increased focus on the Temple.Prayer podcast series, which features a broad spectrum of techno styles, allowing up and coming DJs a chance to showcase their work, alongside international heavy-hitters.

Born in the province of Tacna, Andrea Zapata began after studying electronic music production and DJ courses at 'Project Media'. As a young woman she was always interested and excited every time she found tracks she liked. During the pandemic, she explored new music and artists who inspired her to experiment with different styles within the genre.

Andrea always offers an unpredictable journey, her sets are usually loaded with linear rhythms together with extravagant sounds that create a hypnotic atmosphere and take the listener to a state of peace of mind. 
For her, music is a connection that occurs with the listener. The deep and hypnotic techno genres as well as the experimental and its subgenres are what define it. She finds a lot of inspiration every time she gets out of her daily life and gets in touch with nature. 
At the moment she is waiting for her first release, an EP for KVLTÖ Records (Mexico) this year.

Artche Presents: Yusual Radio 004

In this mix, you'll be listening to more than 50 tracks of a wide variety of artists. The main goal for me was to create a coherent story with a warm and dreamlike feeling. I did not want to be limited by genre, tempo or time.The track selection  took me over more than two months, since I wanted the build up and overall feeling to be perfect. It includes very old tracks from for example Jim Morisson and Lou Reed but also brand new stuff from artist that I love at this moment. 

 The first track from Steve Roach is from 1984 and when I first heard it, it immediately was the perfect atmosphere to start with. It fades into an ambient soundscape painting  which I've created in Ableton live. I've used several elements from 10 different tracks to create a meditative texture before getting into the more bass-driven melodic techno.
Somewhere in the middle of the mix I've incorporated a synth driven live recording from Blamstrain that he gave me. I think it's a unique piece of music that fitted perfectly with a more instrumental minimal track from Richie Hawtin. Another special track that should be mentioned is Steve Reich's 'Music For 18 Musicians'. It is a small part from a composition that he has written in 1978. In my view, this is one of the most ahead of it's time written pieces of music. It's amazing to hear how this old classic music fits perfectly into a modern mix with mostly electronic tracks.

ABOUT US

TechnoTrippin' was established in the early 2014 in Barcelona to support the small techno scene that was emerging slowly but intensely.

In 2015 "Techno in the Forest", an underground festival on the outskirts of Barcelona, was born with the idea of creating strong links between artists, collectives, labels, dancers and everyone related to the underground scene in the city.
After 4 unforgettable editions, we decided we had accomplished our objective of uniting the scene and Techno in the Forest celebrated its last memorable gathering in 2018.

Since then, we have been operating only as a non-profit underground techno platform releasing podcasts & premieres from artists and labels around the globe.

In 2024, celebrating our 10th Anniversary, we launched our solidary techno label, focused on releasing music to help people who are in terryfing situations.

All the proceeds from all releases will go to different NGOs like Save The Children, UNRWA and Open Arms.*

We plan to put on another TechnoTrippin' in the Forest (V). We feel it's time again, after the pandemic, to support and unite the local techno scene by providing an unrivalled quality sound system, a place surrounded by nature, and an atmosphere that reflects the fact that we are not in it for the money. We put our heart and soul into it, simply because we can, and for us, techno is a way of life.
