My next guest on Yax Invites is Liam ‘DUTS’ Dutton; a DJ and promoter from North West, England.

Having had a keen interest in electronic music from an early age from Drum & Bass, to House and 90's/00's Trance, discovered Techno in 2017 from attending local parties and festivals. Being massively inspired by the rawness, hypnosis-inducing and powerful nature of the genre, he felt a sense of expressing his passion for the music. Here he endeavoured on the journey of DJing.

He has since been invited to play at events in Manchester and more recently further afield in Poland by Vague Collective - a Manchester Techno collective, and is co-founder of a new, soon-to-be announced, Manchester-based party which has its debut 12-hour day party this August.

In this showcase mix expect a slight shift in styles over time, as he takes the listener on a journey of hypnotic rhythms, accompanied by a consistent deep and driving presence that is as satisfying for listening, as it is for dancing.

PETIT ASTRONAUTE (BAHN· Records | BUDE | Khôros) Beka Zakradze aka Petit Astronaute is a Georgian artists who has been developing his style since 2010 paving a trademark hypnotic sound with euphoric elements. A regular in Georgian electronic scene, you can easily catch him in Tbilisi or Kutasi, where he is resident at BUDE club, but Beka has also made his Berlin debut for Art Bei Ton and played at Fabrica 126 in Sofia (Bulgaria). He boasts a prolific discography with a wide variety of releases across some of the finest imprints in Europe. Beka is member of the labels BAHN· Records and Khoros, but his productions have also been released in labels such as Circular Limited, Aarden Records, DNC Limited, NFEREE, Ordinamento Selettivo, Diffuse Reality, Artscope, Dust Trax, Space Textures or Postdynamic.

The Knotzept Institution presents the first LP from the catalogue.

Sonimir is an immersive album that takes listeners on a journey through an intricate soundscape of techno and experimental electronica. This album showcases Notzing's mastery of sound design, creating a unique and captivating listening experience.

Sonimir is an amalgamation of hypnotic beats, sculpted drones, and ethereal sounds that ebb and flow seamlessly throughout the album. Eight different concepts from the depths of the conscioussness. TechnoTrippin' was established in the early 2014 in Barcelona to support the small techno scene that was emerging slowly but intensely.

In 2015 "Techno in the Forest", an underground festival on the outskirts of Barcelona, was born with the idea of creating strong links between artists, collectives, labels, dancers and everyone related to the underground scene in the city.
After 4 unforgettable editions, we decided we had accomplished our objective of uniting the scene and Techno in the Forest celebrated its last memorable gathering in 2018.

Since then, we have been operating only as a non-profit underground techno platform releasing podcasts & premieres from artists and labels around the globe.

In 2024, celebrating our 10th Anniversary, we launched our solidary techno label, focused on releasing music to help people who are in terryfing situations.

All the proceeds from all releases will go to different NGOs like Save The Children, UNRWA and Open Arms.*

We plan to put on another TechnoTrippin' in the Forest (V). We feel it's time again, after the pandemic, to support and unite the local techno scene by providing an unrivalled quality sound system, a place surrounded by nature, and an atmosphere that reflects the fact that we are not in it for the money. We put our heart and soul into it, simply because we can, and for us, techno is a way of life.
