The stage name is Qara, beyond that stands George Qarabaki, an artist from Kutaisi (Georgia).
He made his first steps as a DJ in 2015 and started his career in several clubs in Georgia and later at festivals too. 
His sets includes a style of hypnotic techno, but also often appeals to industrial and EBM sounds. Qara focused to express music harmonizes with the vibration of the mind and body. He never gives up on experiments. It makes sense in his every DJ sets or live performances.

O’Fella is a UK-based techno artist. His sound is centred in minimalism, hypnosis and melancholy moods. He often focuses on the build and release of tension in his productions, with a signature sci-fi sound. 

O’Fella runs his own imprint, ‘OFREC’, which is home to his musical output alongside collaborations with like-minded artists in the scene.

Vigués afincado en Detroit, comienza su andadura como profesional en el año 1994, como dj residente trabajo en  La Capilla, Las Torres, El Manco, Noctua, Zoom, Minimal Moon, y Bauhaus. también fue residente de la sala X-tema en Portugal donde sería habitual  escucharlo en los principales clubes como Rock´s,  Enseada o Pacha.
 En el año 2001 Actúa en la mítica sala Tresor de Berlin y en el SO36  Berlin  (Elektricballroom)

En 1995 abre la tienda de discos Renegade Records. Como evolución del negocio en el año 1997 funda FreshRecords, y la agencia  promotora de eventos FreshBooking cuya actividad todavía continua después de mas de 25 años.  

Responsable también junto a Fran Rodríguez del sello discográfico Blue KnowRecordings, primer sello techno gallego, editando su material exclusivamente en vinilo.

Actualmente es,  junto a Raul Veiga, el productor de Bretema Electropicnic Festival.

TechnoTrippin' was established in the early 2014 in Barcelona to support the small techno scene that was emerging slowly but intensely.

In 2015 "Techno in the Forest", an underground festival on the outskirts of Barcelona, was born with the idea of creating strong links between artists, collectives, labels, dancers and everyone related to the underground scene in the city.
After 4 unforgettable editions, we decided we had accomplished our objective of uniting the scene and Techno in the Forest celebrated its last memorable gathering in 2018.

Since then, we have been operating only as a non-profit underground techno platform releasing podcasts & premieres from artists and labels around the globe.

In 2024, celebrating our 10th Anniversary, we launched our solidary techno label, focused on releasing music to help people who are in terryfing situations.

All the proceeds from all releases will go to different NGOs like Save The Children, UNRWA and Open Arms.*

We plan to put on another TechnoTrippin' in the Forest (V). We feel it's time again, after the pandemic, to support and unite the local techno scene by providing an unrivalled quality sound system, a place surrounded by nature, and an atmosphere that reflects the fact that we are not in it for the money. We put our heart and soul into it, simply because we can, and for us, techno is a way of life.
