In Buddhist mythology and Hindu mythology, a kinnara is a paradigmatic lover, a celestial musician, half-human and half-horse (India). In South-east Asia, two of the most beloved mythological characters are the benevolent half-human, half-bird creatures known as the Kinnara and Kinnari, which are believed to come from the Himalayas and often watch over the well-being of humans in times of trouble or danger. Their character is clarified in the Adi parva of the Mahabharata, where they say:

We are everlasting lover and beloved. We never separate. We are eternally husband and wife; never do we become mother and father. No offspring is seen in our lap. We are lover and beloved ever-embracing. In between us we do not permit any third creature demanding affection. Our life is a life of perpetual pleasure.

In Southeast Asian mythology, Kinnaris, the female counterpart of Kinnaras, are depicted as half-bird, half-woman creatures. One of the many creatures that inhabit the mythical Himavanta. Kinnaris have the head, torso, and arms of a woman and the wings, tail and feet of a swan. She is renowned for her dance, song and poetry, and is a traditional symbol of feminine beauty, grace and accomplishment.

Born in 1975 in Paris, Thomas Dubreuil started taking piano lessons at 6 and music-theory lessons at the conservatory at 8. He studied cinema and worked in the film industry for a few years before becoming an electronic-music producer.

Under the names Altöm, Ocean and now Voyager, he has released over 90 tracks on international labels such as Neurobiotic Records, Spirit Zone, Tip World, Solstice, 3D Vision, Moon Spirits, Maia, Liquid and Solid, United Beats, Iono Music, Flow Records, Blue Tunes, Spun Records, and now TechSafari Records.

He started Altöm in 2000 and the project made him known worldwide with the 2002 release of his “Hologram” album, Neurobiotic Records’ best-selling album to this day. A second album, “Groove Control,” was released in 2004 on the same label. He traveled the world, making crowds dance in Japan, Mexico, Israel, Brazil, the United States, Russia, Morocco, Italy, Germany, and throughout Europe.

In 2007, Thomas moved to Barcelona and created his Voyager project as an extension of Altöm, offering refined sounds, deep atmospheres and intoxicating melodies. Intelligent music with an outstanding production, that reaches down straight to your soul. He continued his journey, making people’s heart resonate on dance floors in Canada, India and all over the world. He also founded Resonant Step, a music and sound-design company that combines his passion for music and imagery.

His new groovy, psychedelic album from Voyager: “The Source”, produced between Barcelona, Paris and Montreal will be out next december 2016. Nine tracks coming out on Canadian label TechSafari Records.

This time Profound Records introduces us in the world of SPECTRO SENSES.

Spectro Senses is a project of São Paulo (Brazil) founded by Ronei Leite in 2007, begins his career producing Psytrance / Full On, after that worked as Sound synthesizer’s designer creating all elements of psychedelic trance.
The psytrance had a great impact on his career as a listener and producer and sound designer, with psychedelic melodies and cinematic introductions fell in love again. Since then started producing progressive psytrance and made his debut in 2011 with Psycho Symphony on Stereofly Records. He believes in passing the message of transcendence and mental evolution through his creations. In 2016 joined Indian based psytrance label Profound Records.

The 4th edition of Blacklite Records‘ showcase will be performed by NINESENSE.

Ninesense is the new Psytrance project by Nuno Cabral, born in the USA and raised in the Azores Islands, Portugal. He started developing an early taste for psychedelic music by chance, and he soon realized how powerful and catching it can be. The passionas listener turned into several years of focus and dedication, and eventually into an intensive knowledge about Mixing and Producing techniques. Nuno’s first project, Manipulation, fascinated many Labels on the scene, which included his innovative and energetic productions in their official releases. Among them, Manipulation best fostered a stable collaboration with Kinematic Records and Zero 1 Music. In 2015, Nuno has given birth to his new psytrance project, Ninesense, and in 2016 he has joined the Blacklite Records’ crew.
His debut Album, “Spectrum”, has been released on Blacklite Records in April 2016 and has been surfing the top of the charts for weeks. His music is always intended to lead the listener in a full sensorial journey – 5 senses is not enough – ranging from groovy morning psytrance to fast night-time sounds. Ninesense’s music isn’t restricted to any style. It can go from 128bpm Psychedelic Progressive to 150 Forest Psy Trance. It’s music without limits and guided by the imagination of the listener. You may have heard his sound in many countries in the world, such as USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Australia, Canada and he has reached Europe in Summer 2016.
