This is my second "music therapy" session! It's an Amapiano/Afro House mix recorded live on Twitch. It's in the 100-120 bpm range and perfect for relaxing or productivity.

My goal with these sessions is to upload the mix regardless of imperfections. There may be some transitions or track selections that could have been better - but it’s live, improvised, and I hope to get way more mixes uploaded for you all this way. It’s helping me fight against my perfectionism, play around with my music library, focus on the fun, and push myself with my skills instead of playing it really safe to ensure a clean mix.
