WBUR is Boston’s NPR news station and the home of nationally syndicated programs, including On Point, Here & Now, Only A Game and Car Talk, which reach millions of listeners each week on NPR stations across the United States and online. WBUR provides listeners with thorough coverage of local, national and international news from NPR, Public Radio International and the BBC, in addition to its own locally produced content. WBUR has a dedicated newsroom reporting original, local content throughout the day, as well as Radio Boston, a daily news magazine examining issues, news, people and places through a distinctly Boston lens.

Biography

Pete Fabian born in Philadelphia PA., and was raised in El Monte CA since the age of 6 months. He has been a DJ and Music Producer for over 24 solid years and part of the music community in Los Angeles since 1991. He now currently resides in Seattle Washington. Pete Fabian grew up listening to Hip Hop, Disco and Funk music which have all heavily influenced his personal style as an artist. He was drawn to the sounds of Old School Hip Hop, Techno, L.A. Hard House, U.K. Hard House, and he began to develop a taste for hard bangin tunes, rolling bass lines and solid progressive build ups. Being influenced by DJsand producers from all walks of life, he has been doing music since The Golden Years. Now, he has perfected his own style and developed an ear for great music. He is unbelievably passionate about his music. Keeping with his tradition of staying diverse in his taste, his production styles are a blend of several different genres from Hip Hop to Dance music production. He has performed at many of LAs Hottest night spots and After-hours, and has traveled to many cities throughout the U.S. and he continues to rock the crowd every time he touches the turntables.
