Kripton Recordings es un "netlabel" que nace en 2012 como un nuevo proyecto asociado a Kripton Industries. Su objetivo es dar a conocer música realizada dentro del planeta Kripton, además de albergar ciertos "tracks" y "podcast" de dj´s y productores afines a los intereses propios del sello. 

Dos grandes ramas de estilos musicales confluyen en este proyecto: los cercanos y fusionados con el drum&bass; y los más representativos del dub-reggae.

El sello tiene dos referencias:

- KRPTNPRO: dedicado al lanzamiento de temas originales.
- KRPTNMIX: dedicado al lanzamiento de sesiones Dj.

Kripton Recordings is netlabel that was founded in 2012 as a new project associated with Kripton Industries. Its aim is to present music performed within the planet Kripton, as well as hosting  "tracks" and "podcast" from the dj´s and the producers related to the interests of the label.

Two large musical styles join together in this project: using all forms of drum&bass; and the most representative dub and reggae.

The label has two references:

- KRPTNPRO: dedicated to the release of original songs.
- KRPTNMIX: dedicated to the launch of Dj sessions.

rooftop ... born 2003 in portsmouth uk.
a converted loft space.
a place to just listen ,chill , forget ,escape,research my love of reggae music.
mixtapes are now cd mixes, giving out to friends etc.
the chance meeting of a local promoter and a trip to jamaica in 2004 , and the passing of a great friend  with whom i shared a love for this music. something happened , by this time the rooftop was overflowing with great reggae , the collecting which started at 15 . so first gig was to play before and after MISTY IN ROOTS. kinda mad really , it was a band id seen many a times over the years . big fan of the live 79 album. 
from there to my local pub for a weekly reggae night. learning curve and very enjoyable . then came club jamaica , played with and met some great people in them years. edge of the wedge i did monthly also at that time for nearly 4 years . club jamaica came and went for a little while .  gigs all over portsmouth with lion paw sound along with gleem a local singer/mc . we had all played together over the years alot . 10 years seem to go quick a box full of specials / dubplates  . playing out of portmouth seemed to be next little 
adventure , yeovil a few times , bristol carnival , brighton a few times , weekly slot on shockwave radio and playing the uks ONE LOVE festival  for a few years in a row . putting up monthly mixes along the way here on soundcloud was something i was passionate about and still am . making it available to people to download and burn or just listening on hear , the feedback has been great , and it much apeciated . when i checked the stats just before i wrote this . it was amazing knowing that my little mixes are being played all over the world .  i hope them feel what i feel . love is the way . one love.
so also while doing the above , ive had the pleasure to have been involved in a project with two good friends , christian cowlin and vivian jones, recording original material and building riddims from stratch ,this is a project that we are hoping will be finalized next year. much of it has been filmed by myself, record label coming soon? yes , rooftop music debut 45 coming 2017 .
