Lover of making people dance!, to house, techno, funk, disco, and, other uptempo euphorias, in their many tasteful varieties. 

Have held DJ residencies in San Francisco (created and ran twistedDiscoBANGBANG @ Anu in 2006, was also part and resident of SatelliteSF 2004-2010) and San Diego (Payola @ 5th Quarter in 2000, formerly DVC principal [1999-2004] co-concepting and running various DVC events @ UCSD including both MOVEMENT events w/27,000 attendance). Past music director and in-house DJ @ Edinburgh Castle Club, SF.

In 2021, twistedDiscoBANGBANG ran weekly Wednesday and Saturday @ Edinburgh Castle, 9 - 1:30 AM. I DJ'd both start to end. Prior to covid, in 2019 it was Saturday night, every week, and every Thursday at dadabar in SF, too.

Techno peace warrior and mosaic artist - In 2020 I began an underground music zine called Azarakh, www.aryanafarsai.com/azarakh. This Zine features local Bay Area DJ's or DJ's from around the world who have something novel to appreciate in an essay based journal, with long format in-depth interviews, technical articles complete with How-To's, and other tasty knowledge nuggets. Azarakh zine features photographs of mosaic artwork I am making or have installed.

Created most of the artwork. No training whatsoever (you are probably thinking yeah it shows) ;)
