Jon has been DJing Since 1994. In 1996 he founded Concepts Records, which became one of the front running sources for dance music in the Pacific North West.  In that same year, He also helped establish Vinylized, an 18+ club that helped cement him as one of the Northwest's favorite DJs.  After selling Concepts in 1999, Jon along with partner Brent Laurence started Tilted Records, a prominent west coast house label which has over 70 releases by artists such as Wesley Holmes, Dj Ali, Miguel Migs, Marques Wyatt, Julias Papp, Jay J, Da Sunlounge, Pattern Drama, Andromo, Moosefly, David Scuba, and many others. Since then, Jon's DJ career has been in full swing. He holds a residency at Ocaso Music Festival in Tamarindo Costa Rica, has played Desert Hearts Festival in Southern California, and traveled recently all over the U.S, Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, Chile, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, and Costa Rica for gigs.  Jon has been in the studio as of late making some new music with Pattern Drama out of the NY, Hector Moralez, Tony H., Nonfiction, and  Simon Houser (releasing under their  "Lee Houser" moniker.) After honing his skills in the badly lit basements and velcro floored
clubs of Edinburgh, Akira Kiteshi AKA Tommy Forrest has pulled off a
meteoric ascension of nose bleeding velocity. With his debut release
Pinball smashing is way out of the Hip Hop scene crashing through the
walls of Dubstep landing main stage. Now a widely acknowledged UKBass
classic with plays across international radio, Pinball was also featured
in Universal's Step Up 3D and Jason Derulo's live shows!

Now a recognized leader of the form garnering support from a roll call
that includes names like Mixmaster Mike, Huw Stephens, Kissy Sellout &
Mary Anne Hobbs every new Akira creation is anticipated across the
electronic music gamut.

Far from the shy screen tanned studio hermit Tommy has also firmly
established his skills on stage with shows through out the US and Europe
there are very few pin free countries on the map hanging in the Akira
Kiteshi lab. Add new live collaborator Chris Hall aka B-Burg and the Akira Kiteshi
Live experience incorporates multi-synthesizer manipulation and deft
turntablism with his trademarked dancehall quaking bass!

It wasn’t the music that first captured Patrick Kelly’s attention as he surveyed the packed dance floor moving to the rhythmic sounds of Doc Martin back in 1996, it was how it affected the crowd.  Controlling and manipulating a dance floor soon became an obsession.
Patrick’s early career was spent collecting vinyl from any genre that peaked his interest.  From Drum & Bass, and Breaks, to Down tempo, and Tech, there was never enough to satiate him.  As time passed he became focused on the rhythmic patterns known as House Music. 
Known for his smooth mixes and long transitions, PK has had 2 of his mixes featured on Beatport after reaching number 1 on the Beatport DJ charts.  His seamless mixing between Deep, Tribal, and Tech House, have helped him manufacture a style all his own.  PK finds his inspiration through challenging himself.  Each set is unique unto itself, as is most of his mixes.  Often what the dance floor hears for the first time, is what he hears for the first time.
Patrick Kelly's notoriety has gained him regular spots working with the city's best promotion houses including Intimate, Blueprint, Leave Us Lost, and more recently teaming with Seattle’s highly acclaimed label Viva Recordings. He has had the privilege to play alongside the likes Booka Shade, DJ T, The Crystal Method, Halo Vargas, Sunshine Jones, Djuma Soundsystem, Giom, Alex E, and Pillow Talk, to name just a few.
During the summers months PK can be found on the festival circuit playing the likes of Electric Love, Astral Harvest, Tall Tree, A Life Awakened, and Bass Fest.
On top of being a long time player in Vancouver's underground club and party scene, Patrick’s passion for higher quality music, events, and promoting music through local artists have lead him into promotions and event organizing.  Patrick is the resident and founder of the weekly FINE Deep House event series, a monthly host of Vancouver's longest running nights in Open Dex, and is the Director and co-Founder of the Festivus Music Festival, an outdoor event in its 15th year. Bringing a unique and exclusive feel to the festival circuit, Festivus has quickly gained notoriety as one of the best small festivals on the west coast.
