Chiptunesque trance or something. The Roland JU-06 is - perhaps blasphemously - used for the bassline, using the combined 1+2 chorus. Three Analog Four tracks for the lead, backing, and arpeggio. Roland TR-09 for the drums. Lots of PWM!

Picking up an old interest that I've never indulged before. Learning to show who I am and letting stuff go. Into all sorts of music, but electronic music has a special place in my heart, especially psytech, tech house, and oldschool acid trance. I love the sounds! My all-time favourite record is Depeche Mode's Violator. I almost never listen to lyrics (the exception is Violator, basically), but very much to chords and harmonics. Fifths are my favourite! Nice harmonies, filter sweeps, and resonances can keep me occupied for a long time :) 

I'm aiming for being able to do consistent complete live jams, but until then... The tracks here are most often created by programming sequences and then jamming them together on the fly. The Volcas have no pattern chaining, so I have to change sequences at exactly the right spot manually. The TB-03 and TR-09 have better sequencers, which let a sequence finish before the next one start, which frees my hands for the synchronizing the Volca pattern changes - although it takes some brainpower to "enqueue" the pattern changes, which means changing patterns before they actually need to change. Sometimes, I have a bunch of patterns that I feel that I just have to use, but have problems making them converge - in some cases it has taken weeks. In those cases I eventually end up writing a kind of "score" laying out the pattern chaining. It is funny, though, the tracks I really like best are the ones that came very easy, and only took a few hours to make.
