Introducing the first album release of the Moscow based trio - Ruble Gang. This album was involved synthetic wave and post-punk of the late 70's and early 80's sounds to experimental influences from modern styles. The main idea of the album was to show our parallel vision of the development of music over the past 40 years, as if it would be a parallel world of fictional bundles of history, without what really happened. We guess that you will be able to feel it and imagine it. Enjoy.

After two years of parties and 40 guest mixes to promote audio sophrology, 90’s reminiscences, psychedelic atmospheres and exotic breaks, the Bamboo Shows are now taking a step forward.
Through the first release of the label, head-honcho @erevandj gathered talented friends from his Lyon hometown as well as worldwide producers to spread the Bamboo spirit with 15 exclusive tracks. Featuring renowned RAMZi, Niklas Wandt, Star Searchers’ Spencer Clark and Candomblé’s DJ Ungel & DJ Rasputin and local heroes Eiger Drums Propaganda, Christian Coiffure, Jacques Satre or Lastrack.

Divided in two parts, the “Bamboo Shows Tapes 001” blends everything from modern productions to late 20th century inspirations, going around soothing new age, poetic fourth-world music and psychedelic folk on A-Side, while B-Side focuses on more rhythmical materials with slightly-acid transcendental breaks and mystical downtempo.

New Fries has never been interested in being a band.

They abandon ideas of what songs should be, how they should be performed, and by whom. They're interested in musical elements like repetition, space, and dynamics. They want their music to make people dance but have also wanted to produce the feeling of that being taken away from a room.

Much of this record sounds and reflects on this ​in-between​. It’s anxious in its repetitions and unsure of genre. It rejects a singular character or emotion and attempts to instead act as a container for many.

Much of this collage was testament to the work of engineer/musician Carl Didur. Carl (​Zacht Automaat,​ formerly ​US Girls​) is a long-standing pillar of Toronto’s experimental music community. The result was less that of hiring an engineer than it was working with a collaborator. His musical ideas are all over this record.

Is the Idea of Us is the situation of musicians/non-musicians making music together. But with this title they name this absurd gesture, through their changing relationship to making music both as a unit and as individuals.

There are enough bands out there; New Fries insist on doing it differently.

Two years after the stunning Africa Oscura, Four Flies Records is back with another gem from Giuliano Sorgini’s secret archives, this time one which unearths some of his darkest, eeriest music – that is, pieces he composed in the mid-70s for some of the most infamous, low-budget horror movies ever made in Italy.
This collection brings together a selection of original recordings from those movies, which were directed by “Italian Kings of the B’s” Angelo Pannacciò, Salvatore Bugnatelli, Luigi Batzella, and Guido Zurli, who are among the kings of Italian B-movies, and with whom the Roman composer worked intensively throughout the 70s.
Due to the very low-budget nature of the films, Sorgini, recorded the soundtracks entirely on his own, in his Cat & Fox Studio in Rome. He played drums and percussions and added overlapping layers of analogue synths to create a superbly sinister soundscape, thus turning a constraint into an opportunity.
The result is a journey into the mysterious atmospheres of the Italian occult-sounding music of the time, something very close to the dark electronic masterpieces that made Sorgini famous, such as Zoo Folle or The Living Dead at Manchester Morgue.
Occulto features ten previously unreleased tracks characterized by enigmatic moods, obscure beats and esoteric themes. All tracks are taken from original master tapes that remained buried in the composer’s archives for decades.
The LP comes in a deluxe jacket and inner sleeve designed by Luca Barcellona.

Four Flies are proud and honoured to release the first vinyl reissue of Bruno Nicolai’s outstanding original score for GEMINUS, a 1969 Italian TV mini-series directed by Luciano Emmer and starring Walter Chiari, Alida Chelli, and Ira von Fürstenberg. 
Originally released under Italian label Gemelli, Nicolai’s soundtrack has been remastered from the original master tapes and comes in a glossy, tip-on style jacket featuring the restored original cover artwork, as well as extended liner notes by film critics Francesco Cesari and Roberto Curti. 

Bruno Nicolai composed and directed an eclectic score that brings together different music genres and influences, from 60s beat, psych, and prog rock to baroque and experimental music. He did not hesitate to mix classical forms and structures with new instruments and remarkable, eccentric arrangements. In ‘Giano’ (Janus), the interplay between a distorted electric guitar and a hypnotic harpsichord creates a strange, somewhat troubling ambience. The delicate, celestial voice of Edda Dell'Orso leaves its unique emotional imprint on the most lyrical piece in the soundtrack, ‘Tema Barocco’ (Baroque Theme).
The main theme ‘Il cielo cade’ (The Sky Is Falling) features a luxurious arrangement and stunning orchestration enhanced by enchanting vocal harmonies sung by ‘I Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni’. 
In other pieces, such as ‘Larve’ (Larvas), ‘Il sognatore’ (The Dreamer), ‘Eclisse di luna’ (Moon Eclipse), ‘Visioni’ (Visions), ‘Catacombe’ (Catacombs), and ‘Notti romane’ (Roman Nights), expressive and experimental solo passages played by instruments such as the vibraphone, sitar, harmonica, or percussions, contribute to the sombre, mysterious atmosphere of the score as a whole.
