Here’s something quite different from Lenny, a real treat. I taped this in 1977 at the Exit/In in Nashville. Lenny opened for Larry Coryell and then after Larry had played a set he asked Lenny to come up & join him. It was a packed house and of course they had not planned anything, much less rehearsed, so it was totally impromptu. I recall a lot from that night, especially that they both had a blast. I remember that Lenny had a huge smile on his face the entire set and Larry was even more animated than usual, and they both laughed a lot. I taped this on a small cassette machine and recently rediscovered the tapes. So here is a selection from that memorable night… call it a tour de force, because it surely is!  Stephen Anderson
