After the release of his album What You’ve Won I’ve Lost in 2024 on the Sans Huile de Palme label, Absent Chronicles returns with a new single, Aquí. This track was born from a desire to return to the roots of EDM. Seeing a resurgence of dance music within the EDM scene, Absent Chronicles decided to dive into this direction, bringing his unique touch with a blend of club, progressive, and afro house.

During his tour last year, he played an early version of Aquí several times. After seeing the enthusiastic response from the audience, he decided to finish the track during a writing trip to Miami. Inspired by the city’s nightlife, its beaches, and his show during Art Miami, Aquí captures the energy and vibe of that experience. This track marks a new step for Absent Chronicles, combining EDM influences with his signature style to offer an immersive musical experience.
