A ceremony mix for going deep on inner journeys, w/wo plant medicine. 

Dedicated to Norberto Jurasek, my best friend and wisest teacher, who 3 years ago left this world. I am so grateful for having known him and for the love and wisdom he has shown me. Norberto, From my 1st workshop with him in October 2015: "We all have our work to do. And here together in these workshops we have a great opportunity to do a lot of work with the help of our medicine. But there is a parallel growth. Beyond fixing this and that in your life, we grow by experiencing the love, the thing beyond death. You cannot hold onto it. It must be experienced again and again. But by getting that experience again and again, you build the trust : that love is IT, and always will be. And maybe that is this lesson which is the deepest of all". ALWAYS dear Norberto. LOVE and beyond death! In the end, when these bones are only bones, all that matters is how much we gave and how much we loved. And you gave and loved so much dearest Norberto.

passing through significant gateways of life and death
weaved through one another with great forces 
two weeks ago, while i turned 35 weeks pregnant with my second child, my beloved mother passed away at 67 years old . 
gracfully returning her soul to source and her body to mother earth , we walked her in this transition to the next phase of her existence. 
while this new life coming very soon is pulsing inside me initiating me to my next evolution journey. 
this creation is a part of my process and i dedicate it to this very special and meaningful time of my life.

On the Roof of Imagination is a Sound Healing Journey that I originally created to be performed as a meditation at the end of Ecstatic Dances. This time I performed it as a meditation in itself to celebrate the Winter Solstice, Christmas, and the beginning of a new year for my good friends at Imagination Hostel in Arambol, Goa, India.

The ambiences you hear during the journey are a collection of recordings that I've gathered over the last 2 years while traveling.  Each holds the energy of a powerful place or moment.  You can hear birds at sunrise on a lake in the mountains of Canada, Argan seeds in my hands in the south of Morocco, gentle waves under the full moon from the Indian Ocean in Kerela and more.  You can also hear clips of the Sasak villagers of Lombok, Indonesia, singing and laughing, as well as parts of the traditional sunset ceremony at the Uluwatu temple in Bali.  I've blended together all of these elements to create an ambience that captures and emanates a part of what I have experienced on my journey.

Everything about this performance is completely improvised... I take in the energy of the moment and my surroundings and channel it directly into the music.

The native flute I play in the beginning and the end was handmade by friend @masterskayfleit (you can find him and his epic flutes on Instagram!)

Some members from @Love-Foundation and @HugRecords are living together in the Sierra Estrella Mountain Range in Portugal, where we are rebuilding an old abandoned village, called Foz da Cova.

We have a little music studio here and sometimes we have befriended musicians coming by for a visit.

Sometimes these friends play music for us and sometimes we press the record button when they do so. 

This is the first of those times.

Our first Pod da Cova comes from @dorianfecht who spend November and December with us in the mountains. Dorian normally lives in Dresden, where he is part of Love Foundation and @Zirkulation. He will take you on a journey to this long forgotten place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Hills. Trees. Farms. Cottages. Landscapes from dreams. Breathtaking dreams. Idyllic life in harmony with nature in whose bosom it flourished. It would take your breath away. East of Arganil in Portugal, Foz da Cova is its name. And that is where the fires came in 2017. The fires roared. People fled. There wasn't time to save much. In a span of days and weeks, there remained only memories of how life once was there. An almost arid landscape bears witness to the destruction. From this desolation and this devastation and this tragedy an energy breathed itself into a group of people who dared to imagine bringing the magic and the poetry of these lands back, to imagine life finding its way back here with a little help. A heterotopia. This is where I came, this is where I am, this is what I saw, this is what I felt. Sublimating boundaries. Erasing borders. Entwining narratives. Myth becoming real, reality becoming myth. There is beauty here. There is adventure here. And, there is hope. His artist intention is to create transformative music that empowers, moves emotion and creates connection. His multicultural indigenous influences and diverse electronic music genres take the listener on a journey throughout planetary cultures and beyond.
