Hi FAMILIA … here is my second intuitive and improvised recording called STEP OUT of THE BOX.
In this series I just start to play and listen some new music and recall some old, practicing mixing and transitions while recording.
No structure, no preparation, no playlist, no goals just pure freedom and inspiration ....... just trying to keep it chilled!
Exploring my collection and allowing myself to go wherever I feel in the moment as well as making mistakes.
Nobody listening, nobody really playing!!
No pressure of pleasing anybody or making anybody dance!!
….
Ended up discovering some great new tunes that would have otherwise got lost in the mess of countless folders as well as some old gems (I am such a mess!!)

Sound Spheres, aka Ben Last ( Temple Step ) & Madhu Honey, invite you to receive a beautifully woven experience that takes you on an inner pilgrimage of sound through the elements. Incorporating Sound Healing, Guided Meditation, and Somatic Sensing (a deeper embodiment of listening).
The experience will be a multi-layered
Sound bed infusing the intelligence of Binaural Beats sound technology ( using Brian Waves, Theta & Alpha ) to ultimately guide you into a deep, relaxing flow state.
Through the Elemental Soundscape, you will experience the power of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether, each correlating to the chakra-tuned root notes, facilitating deep integration, transformation, and renewal.
Whilst Ben weaves his sonic wizardry with audio technology, pioneering the future of sound healing using Ableton Live, Effects, and Midi controller keyboards, Madhu brings her multilayered voice of the cosmos, guided meditation, and percussion.

Recorded live on the Odessa Boat in Amsterdam on August 5, 2022. My debut set in Amsterdam.

This set is almost entirely brand new music! Released within days or at most a few weeks of this dance experience. 

It was an honor and pleasure to be the captain of the dance on the famed Odessa Boat. Where we are onboard a boat in an Amsterdam canal.

The Netherlands is actually below sea level and on the inside of the boat, we are halfway submerged under the water when on the dancefloor. We could see the water level out of the round windows until they were too steamy to see out of because of the juicy dance vibes.

The first wave of this set is a soulful selection of steady-beat songs. Where we rode the rhythm and got into the flow. The second wave is a Bass heavy deep dive into ice cracking, glitchy, tidal waves of juicy vibrations pouring down like rain and finally drops into melty, gooey goodness. We washed back up like on a sea shore together feeling cleansed and purified.

The night began with a cacao ceremony song circle on the upper deck with the incredible Leonie Bos and concluded in the depths of the dancehall with some sweet songs afterward as well. 

This set includes artists such as Sol Selectas, SavaBorsa, Deya Dova, Clozee, Scott Nice, Populous, Ayla Nereo, Ayla Shafer, and a James Brown remix.

Elements Festival 2022 Set

A beautiful heart felt dance with the San Hose Costa Rica Beyond Dance community at the Centre of the Arts. A rich cross cultural /multi generational community formed to gather and dance, to move beyond dance into release, into expression and into wholeness. Deep grateful for our tour manager Yozef Campos for managing our tour and hosting us at his Beyond Dance Community Dance Event.
