Evening, Wednesday, Black Rock City 2014. Led by Paavo and Tony of Above and Beyond, bathing in the lavender sunset, we practiced an hour of yoga with Elena Brower. We gathered, strengthened, listened and received the gift of quiet. We landed at home in our own hearts. This class reminds us that we are never alone, and that no matter where we are, we are on the path, and right at home.

"The long awaited treasure is finally within sight. You’re deep within a damp cavern, the smell of stale air invading your lungs with each passing breath. Many secrets are held inside this ancient place, but you finally have hands on what you came for. You run your fingers across each facet of the newfound prize which now sits safely hidden within your coat. Now for an exit. Without warning, the innocuous rock planted firmly beneath your feet morphs to the worn concrete of a city street. Odd, you think. Teleportation wasn’t an expectation of the trip. Even in the pitch black night, you can make out a figure in the distance. Shadowy yet bright to your vision. He begins to speak as he approaches, but his language isn’t discernible. Blips, crackles, and mutant gyrations. So foreign, but somehow you recognize a pattern. A message. “Wake up,” it says.

This is only one telling of “Paper Tales”, an EP from master of audio Fine Cut Bodies. Swirling, meticulous sound design is the focus of many of his tracks. Expertly blending psychedelic modulation with cinematic themes, each song acts as its own page of an adventure still in the making, a coloring book with the lines yet unfinished. Truly a testament to a perfectionist nature, some songs included here have taken shape over the course of years rather than mere hours or days. The five track EP checks in as the largest collection of original tunes the Hungarian producer has ever released at one time, now available as a free/pay-what-you-want download via Gravitas Music."

Mystical Dubstep Mix

Venus Meditation (SuKhush Remix) - B. Ashra

The vision driving SuKhush has always been the integration of pure organic sound with electronics :: retaining and respecting ancient sound, but amplifying and enhancing it with what is now possible through technology. This Venus Meditation remix represents a huge step forward for us along this journey!
 
During summer 2018, we collaborated with B. Ashra (Bert Olke - Klangswirkstoff Records/GL Audio and Mastering) to produce a deeply considered remix of his original 62-minute Venus Meditation, released in 2016. The original soundscape is tuned to the cosmic octave, specifically to the planetary frequencies of Venus ( A | + 9,64 Cent | 221,23 Hz (110,61 Hz)| 103,7 bpm | colour: yellow-orange ). Further, with a nod to the dolphin imagery often used to depict Venus as the Roman goddess of love, the original composition also includes dolphin songs, recorded in the Atlantic Ocean near La Gomera (Canary Islands). We recorded the flute in one continuous session, in its pure organic form, adding only selected effects to facilitate the integration into the track. The Western concert flute remains on its original tuning. 
 
2018 is the year of Venus – a broad canvas for forgiveness, love, and completion. What more perfect moment could there be to add our voice to this already beautiful composition? We seized the opportunity over the course of these summer months, spending a series of utterly unforgettable summer days and nights with B. Ashra in the GL studio, located on the fairytale campus of BLO-Ateliers in Berlin.

Born into the Indian wisdom traditions of yoga, Sanskrit and meditation hr work is rooted in these traditions. A Londoner by birth and upbringing she is focused on addressing the issues of contemporary global society.
Her work as a dancer and a coach have featured on TV and media across the world. In 2018 she was chosen by Channel 4 to be the coach and spiritual guide on their reality show ‘Seven Year Switch’. 

She has an online School ‘Lipstick and Enlightenment’ which offers guided meditations and courses for spiritual people to live a fulfilling life in the real world.

Temple Step Set For Re Set Sept 2020

This meditation seeks to neutralise any limitations coming from the mind and also the bloodlines to you experiencing a more complete and fulfilling experience of the eternal flow of Universal Abundance. 

1. Call one thought or idea that gets in the way of your abundance such as: I do not feel I deserve total abundance or I am not worthy of abundance, or I am not smart enough or capable enough or strong enough to generate abundance, or I am not the right class or gender or race, or there is only so much to go around, or my abundance detracts from that of others, or abundance comes and goes – mostly it goes. Surrender this to the Solar Grid. Transform this thought into a more expansive thought.  

2. Call on the energy of the Motherline. Invoke any energy, story or agreement that gets in the way of your abundance. Any trauma, heartbreak or loss. Surrender to the Solar Grid. Expand the potential light you can allow in thru the Crystalline Grid. Allow a more abundant energy from the motherline, even if you have to go back many generations to connect with that! Then repeat for the Fatherline. 

3. Focus on the Unlimited Abundance of the Universe. You can open to an abundance of… whatever you want (connection, friendship, money, opportunities, achievement, success).  Notice a great expansion in the light you can hold. Imagine each cell in the body opening like a mini-sun, drinking light from the Universal Source of abundance.
