After the release of their 1st LP ‘Sound of Freedom’ Paradisia quickly earned a reputation for their trademark harmonies and the unique delicacy of the harp featuring a critically acclaimed cover of Springsteen’s ‘Dancing In The Dark’ praised by the original song’s producer himself Jon Landau, accumulating over 4 millions streams, and for their ever relevant Feminist single ‘Warpaint’. Paradisia followed up with a European headline tour, and supported the likes of Michael Kiwanuka, Laura Mvula and the legendary Mr Bryan Ferry amongst others.

The girls have come home to regain their independence, after leaving their label and management they are about to embark on putting out an entirely self produced release. Paradisia are a self made DIY wonder. From the visuals, songwriting to the production, they are a multi dimensional creative force that won’t take no for an answer.

SoundAdviceUK is a music and media community that films music performances, gives musicians free promotional videos, talks to people in the industry and provides advice and information about music of all genres, venues, events, projects, education, services and the world of music.

We run monthly Acoustic Sundays; experimental, community based music and media afternoon events which take place on the first Sunday in the month in the Crypt Cafe at St. Peter's Church, in De Beauvoir, Hackney (N1 4DA). With free entry so that no-one is excluded and live music from 2.30 pm to 7.30pm, sensibly priced drinks and the "2 Fingers" chef producing the ultimate home-made, chunky fish finger and veggie bean burger sandwiches, the Acoustic Sunday recipe is attracting people of all ages looking for something different, with music, conversation and fair prices
