The EP commences with the climactic yet ethereal sounds that encapsulate the opening track titled ‘The Sun’, an aura of suspense that is accentuated yet further by the phantasmal and discordant sounds in the second track titled ‘Atonal’. The third track titled ‘Polymorph’ stands out due to its elusive overtones, whilst ‘Inner Nature’ is enshrouded in a mesmeric contrast of industrial and acidic sounds. ‘Lightyears’ embodies an anarchic amalgamation of cacophonous acidic drones, whilst the penultimate track titled ‘Nazare’ manifests a sonorous bassline. Concluding the EP with its disorienting undertone and commanding bassline is the final track titled ‘No Earth’.

Greetings, Virescence Records presents its next release in physical (Vinyl) and digital formats. In our first part of this series to commemorate the second year of Virescence, once again the brilliant minds of our staff of producers resurface, giving us some masterful tracks to form a true sound ensemble.

We futurists have deeply loved the harmonies of the great masters and have enjoyed them. Beethoven and Wagner have been messing with our nerves and hearts for many years. Now we enjoy much more ideally combining the noises of trains, internal combustion engines, floats and screaming crowds, And so we are educating and teaching our minds how infinite you can feel and generate through music, a true tool of expression that will live forever.

« Atsume - あつめ » means « forms of collection » , each title of the album refers to a form that could represent an accumulation, based on the typology in the book « Form in Japan » by Yuichiro Kojiro. This album is our opening, the foundation of our collaboration in which we seek the emergence, for the listener, of a mind of one’s own. To do so, we suggest that one shall explore soundscapes associated to electronic and exotic lands, to be propelled into a space where shamanic territories merge with artificial and sonic landscape. A virtual exploration to open fractal sensations.
