Also a co-founding member of soundsystem collective Monument Hifi, although not as active these days will still gather up for a free party/rave at the right time!

Born in London, Astrida / AstriDakini discovered psytrance 15 years ago at a Hallucinogen rave in the capital city… and things have never been the same since.

Becoming heavily involved in the psy scene through LED/fire performance, she also later spread her creative wings to the world of DJing and producing music. It very quickly became a mad obsession, and she has been relentlessly playing all over India and the UK.

Astrida would describe her music as “melodic, groovy, positively uplifting journeys with a feminine flavour”. With a soft spot for Eastern melodies and female vocals, these sounds are often heard in her productions and DJ sets. Her highly energetic vibe behind the decks - as well as her infectious positivity - is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a spring in your step!
