Child Of The Promise

On Christmas day 2021 yeas ago, Joseph held the Word Made Flesh in his arms as he be came the earthly father of the Son of God.  The Promise delivered.  Though not of his flesh and blood, Joseph protected the Word and carried Him forth to present to the world.  
Joseph's charge that day is the same charge that we are responsible for today if we profess to be Christians - to protect and carry the Word forth into a world so desperately in need of Him.  
   It isn't always easy, but it was never supposed to be.
