This is a short lived San Mateo, CA punk band, "Terminal Oppression" AKA "Terminal Rage." Active from 1985-6, the band consisted of teenage rebels and Aragon High School friends: 

Dave Cotter - Drums
Joe Marchi - Vocals/Guitar
Joe Raposo - Bass
Sean Yerzy - Guitar  

These songs are pulled from a rehearsal at "Joe's' Garage" the day before appearing at Aragon High School in front of 1,000 high schoolers and friends. During the show, our Principle was knocked down in the pit after trying to stop it, Tongan's were even slamming people, and they actually had to pull the plug out of the wall to stop the show. We opened the show with a Purple Haze instrumental and encored with Louie, Louie...
