Alarm screams, I barely wake, Coffee spills, another mistake. Kids dropped off like little packs , No time to play, no time to relax.
Phones in hands, scrolling fast, Checking the feeds, can’t make it last.  Make up in mirrors of moving cars, Traffic crawling under neon stars.
 Mad morning, spinning out of control,  Rushing, running, everyone on patrol.  Wake, eat, dress, no time to kiss,  Living in a world that forgot morning bliss.
 Crowds at the train, pressed like steel, Bodies moving, but no one feels.  Emails, alerts, notifications beep, The city’s awake, but we barely sleep.
Mirror selfies in the rearview glass,  Lipstick on, eyes on TikTok’s fast pass. Coffee in hand, we swipe, we scroll,  Living like robots, losing our soul.
Instagram stories show perfect lives,  While we run, stressed, in early drives. Emails ping, notifications beep, The city’s awake while we barely sleep.
Phones light up, notifications demand, We follow the rhythm, can’t break from the plan. Time is the master, we are the drones,  Living in loops, built from calendars and phones.
Motorcycles weave, people push and shove, City beats fast, no time for love. Coffee spills, bags slip from hands, Mad morning chaos rules the lands.
Phones in laps, eyes on the screen, Rushing like robots through the asphalt machine. Every street a maze, every light a test, Traffic won’t stop, no time to rest.
Packed like sardines, the train roars on, Heads down, glowing screens from dusk till dawn. No eyes meet, no words are shared,  Everyone’s scrolling, nobody cared.
 Rushing, scrolling, trapped in time

I slowly woke from dreaming,  Still wiping sleep away.  I couldn’t help but wonder If my eyes were telling lies  For drifting down so softly  Was the year’s first snow outside.

Then mama called me gently, “It’s time to start the day.”  Then mama called me gently, “Come on, get dressed, ok? Mama, dearest mama,  Come take a look with me Will you walk outside together  In the first snow of the year?

The world feels still,  As if it’s holding breath for us.  A quiet magic fills the streets, Turning everything to dust  To shining winter dust.

We wandered through the garden,  Our footsteps barely heard.  Each branch was lined with silver,  Each rooftop touched with blur.  And mama whispered softly,  “Days like this are rare…”   Her voice was warm and trembling  In the bright and frosted air.

A child from down the street came  To chase the floating white,  He spun around in circles  With glowing cheeks of light.  And laughing, I remembered  How winter feels brand-new A little piece of childhood  Falling all around us too.

La droiture fatigue
J’ai confondu respect et domination sans voir l’erreur
Maintenant je distingue la force du bruit quand l’ego crie fort sans me guider droit
Chaque erreur laisse une trace durable sur la conscience
Je ne les efface jamais
Le miroir n’applaudit jamais rien seul
Je signe ce que je fais même seul sans applaudissement final
La cohérence coûte plus que l’orgueil mal placé souvent
Je choisis le cadre plutôt que l’impact facile et brutal
Les promesses vides finissent par peser lourd
Je limite ma parole pour tenir droit
L’éthique ne se négocie pas même sous pression forte
J’ai appris tard mais sans me dérober aux conséquences
Être fiable c’est parfois décevoir sans se mentir
Je reste droit même sans témoin quand personne ne regarde
Le silence révèle le fond quand tout s’éteint
Je marche lent mais aligné sur ce que je fais sans détour
La virilité n’est pas une menace mais un poids
Je rends des comptes avant de juger sans fuir
Le pouvoir sans règle finit toujours creux
J’évite les postures faciles
La fatigue filtre le superflu lentement
Je garde ce qui tient debout sans effet de manche
Les actes parlent quand le verbe ment et trahit tout seul
Je nettoie avant de montrer sans chercher d’excuse
La constance bat l’éclat quand le temps éprouve
Je construis sans réclame ni promesse facile 
Le respect commence à l’intérieur 
Je ne fuis plus la responsabilité quand elle pèse lourd
Les erreurs enseignent si on écoute sans déni
Je transforme le poids en ligne droite sans détour
Grandir c’est renoncer à dominer sans peur ni masque
Je préfère l’exact au brillant quand ça tient droit
L’homme se juge hors regard quand personne voit
Je me tiens quand ça coûte sans bruit ni pose superficielle
La discipline précède la paix quand l’ordre tient bon
Je choisis la tenue même fatigué sans fuir
L’ego bavard m’a trop servi d’écran pendant des années

La parole engage plus que l’image sans retour
Je parle quand je peux tenir mes mots sans trahir le fond
La morale n’est pas décorative quand elle gêne

La fatigue affine la lucidité

Les fautes non dites reviennent quand on les tait trop

Je reste sobre dans le ton pour garder l’axe
La force calme vaut plus que la pose quand tout vacille fort
Je fais le tri dans mes élans pour ne pas déborder hors cadre
L’exemple dépasse le discours quand il est tenu
Je transmets sans dominer pour que ça tienne longtemps
Le cadre protège plus qu’il n’enferme vrai
Je l’ai compris tard mais j’en assume le prix sans fuir
Être responsable c’est rester quand d’autres partent
