Hyper Classical is a reload of my past month’s work, an anthology of diverse classical traditions highlighting lesser-known instruments and forms.
I’ve been making acoustic techno for 30 years with orchestral instruments in a sequencer, not realizing it wasn’t common in DAWs.
I created Hyperclassical — a new genre that takes classical instruments and structures, then reshapes them with the maximalist, cut-up energy of hyperpop.
It also reimagines other genres — Hyperpop, EDM, R&B, Techno — through a classical lens.
It explores how different cultures shape the classical sound beyond the Western canon.

This is my first ever original song made since I usually compose for video game soundtracks. this is also my first time writing lyrics so I thought it'd be funny to make the lyrics about teto struggling to write since I struggled in coming up for the lyrics lol.

This sounds slightly different from the MV version because I adjusted the mixing and tuning a bit
