Birds of Mind is a collaboration between Parisian-based DJ and production duo Alex Heim and Adrian Carreno. The electronic music team has been garnering attention globally for their organic sounds and hypnotic beats. They describe their music as an amalgam of spiritual, peaceful, and loving with a mission to lift and spread goodwill.

Though best known for their music, they both hail from creative backgrounds. Alex studied filmmaking in New York while Adrian, born to a Venezuelan family with a strong lineage of classical musical arts, is a classically trained musician.

Alex and Adrian started the project BIRDS OF MIND in 2015 after releasing their first EP “Ankara” on Echolette, Francesca Lombardo’s label.
Rapidly the duo released on notorious labels such as Sol Selectas, Get Physical, Supernature.

They also added strong residencies in Ibiza for Heart’s Acid Sundays, in Mykonos at Scorpios for their credits and are regular guests at Guy Gerber’s Rumors events or Black Coffee’s Hï Ibiza residency. They are also know for playing regularly in Tulum, London, Paris, Miami, New York and most particularly in Burning Man for Robot Heart and Mayan Warrior for several years.

Birds of Mind is coming out of the pandemic with more groove to their production. Their first album “Journey” is out on Berlin label Kindisch and a series of EPs on Get Physical to follow in early-2022.

They have lately started their own label Mindgame Recordings along with an amazing label night full of creative visuals and magical light shows.
