Innervisions #50 LIVE Podcast - David August

A mix of my favourite tracks collected the last few years of practicing and teaching Breathe with the Beat (a fusion of house/disco/ 4/4 beats and yoga/movement) by synching breath rhythms with beat rhythms (www.breathewiththebeat.com). All are tracks I've listened to again and again and again, as I've practiced house of yoga (breathe with the beat)  & so they are the ones that resonate most deeply with my own body and heart rhythms.

Mercury Machine are Manchester musicians Lee Maguire (lead vocals, guitar and producer), Tim Burge (lead guitar), Automan (drums) Carl Street (bass and vocals) and Rob Stockton (keyboards and vocals).

The band got together in 2013 after discovering their shared love for all things 80s. They take their influences from all the best bands of that time, including Simple Minds, Tears For Fears, Joy Division, Depeche Mode and The Cure.

Their debut EP 'Mercury Machine' was released in April 2013 and their debut album is currently under construction.
