Worship of the sun, the quiet madness at the moment of sunrise in Tokyo− The dazzle and desolation of adolescence in the metropolis of despair is refined into a euphoric, trancy soundscape.

Solace From The Sun is the long-awaited debut album from Ichiro Tanimoto, leader of Tokyo-based trance cult Minna-no-kimochi and
founder of the label Mizuha 罔象 @mizuha-cc, both of which are at the forefront of the neo-trance movement in Japan.

The album contains 14 blissed-out, post-rave tracks, including a collaboration with Silént Phil, a Russian electronic musician who passed away in 2021. The artwork is by Kazuma Watanabe, graphic designer for the Minna-no-kimochi collective.

Miss Cabbage is a trans-feminine DJ from the highlands of Scotland, who now lives in Glasgow.

She warps textures and ferocity while layering intense, mind bending bass with ethereal euphoric energy. While her sound is largely shaped by her need to take up space as a non conformist and extend the parameters of queer nightlife, it has no boundaries.

This mix in particular flips you through shifts in time, with chaos breaking through as the primary theme.

The weather destroyed the grand piano. Now it waits solemnly on the charred remains of a pile of wooden debris.

Or did we lose the meaning?

Its keys are speckled with hues of hundred stars - touched by the many moons which have traveled through us.

If every person is worth a song, does it also apply to piano VST's?

We are its strings, spirals and thoughts, shaped by the moments and paths laid before and twisting ahead. (We are star bodies)
