Mermani is a multi-talented singer and songwriter born in Iraq, Baghdad, and raised in Syria, and Toronto, Canada. She is an artist that epitomizes the essence of the modern era and she is making music that is thoughtful, conscious, and driven by a desire to motivate, inspire, comfort, and spread love and joy to all those that hear it. As a musician, she has had a vast array of musical influences however she accredits the pivotal influences in her music to Juice Wrld, Trippie Redd, Lil Uzi Vert, and XXXTentacion.  This varied spectrum of influence has led to the development of Mermani the embodiment of originality and she uses her musical acumen and ideas to create an amalgamated and original sound. She is inspired by finding spiritual healing in music and wants to connect deeply with her audiences and let them know that they are not alone. Because of this she ultimately developed a style of songwriting that is transparent, daring, full of hope, and reflective of her experiences, thoughts, and ambitions. Turning pain into purpose and lessons into studio sessions. There is no doubt that in the near future Mermani will light up arenas and auditoriums and grace the greatest stages the world has to offer and bring emotional and grounded topics into her performances. This is the music that will push the boundaries of our perception as well as inspire and drive us to introspective conversations.

I spend about 6-8 hours a day on here in between work and sleep and I can honestly say that there is far more talent on Soundcloud than can be found on any street corner or TV show. I am very grateful for my followers support and for the many musicians I have chatted with on here. I salute those who give it their ultimate best, I applaud those who never give up and I credit DJ's, whose tireless dedication to the art of joining not one but many records together to make a party atmosphere seem like one long holiday.
I would like to thank Alex Ljung and Eric Wahlforss (the creators) for giving us Soundcloud but most of all, a chance for all musicians good or bad to unite as one and share our passion for music. By listening to most of the artists on here it has given me a real surge to do what I have loved for 40 years...make music for the world to hear. 

I hope you like the tracks I have created and I WILL flourish into a more competent musician and produce more better and durable tracks for you all to listen in the future.
