This track may have set a milestone for me, its raw and could need some more versions to it before presenting it, but I feel this marks a milestone for me.
Roland D70+Roland Gaia for melody.
BARP2600 Lead synth.

Patches on the two Rolands are my own patches. The Gaia is virtual analog so its easy to work with, the D70 is diving into menues, but once you have learned it, it's no big deal. The BARP2600 is 100% analog so of course the sound is created by my own settings.

While she laid on her makeshift bed, Vera's thoughts swam through the murky depths of her mind.  She recalled that while Vincent's mission was made public, her mission was kept top secret.  "Perhaps they were trying to erase me from the beginning..." Her sigh echoed throughout the room, drowning out the automations her equipment was performing in the next room over.

Retconned Echoes

I played clarinet for a few years in both elementary and middle school, and ever since then, I have occasionally craved the feel of playing one. In September of 2022, I was at a flea market in Lemoyne PA when I saw one for sale. It was in the exact same case that I remember as a kid; same brand and everything. I was even able to get a nice sound out of it with the reed that was included. My mom insisted on buying it for me.  I love it! Within five days I wrote and produced this song, which contains...you guessed, a clarinet solo.
