I got together with the homie and hip hop artist/producer Madison|LST (one half of @FiLLJACKSON)after we met years ago while I was DJing at Le Bain in NY. We spent many a late night bonding over music and exchanging new music but most recently, we reconnected to collab on a track. I opened my latest mix "Regarded" with a song by Voyageur, and then dug deeper into their Soundcloud where I discovered another one of their hidden gems, Pharaohs. I knew this was the perfect opportunity to work with Madison|LST and his partner, producer Pierre Alain (co-founder of the production duo @FiLLJACKSON). We all came together to remix Pharaohs and create a bigger, bassier heartbeat behind the already artfully crafted Voyager vocals.
