On this new month, we are very happy to have a chat with one of the most interesting Greek producers, Kostas Georgoudis.

With a record collection spanning from the late 90s until present, Kostas Georgoudis' style is a blend of modern disco, indie dance and acid house bringing together the eclectic groove wherever he plays. He has grabbed the attention of labels from all over the globe with digital & vinyl releases on Tip Tap, I records, Unscene, Plunk!, Mangali, just to name a few. He has been performed outside of Greece in world renowned clubs such as Dice (Berlin, Output/Le Bain (New York).

This was the main theme of the theatrical play “Débrayage” by Rémi De Vos, performed at Nous Creative Space from October to December 2024, directed by Vasilis Triantafyllou.

Unemployment, the reversal of labor relations, the sudden marginalization of people and interpersonal & social relations, were the main axes that made up the puzzle of the anonymous characters of the play.

The FourTwenty Kolektiv is an influential team in the music life structure of Athens. Different people that came closer during the past half decade (due to a common perspective for the future sounds) all connected, in many ways, to the city's underground music scene.

A lot of collaborations and the team's action throughout those years , have developed the kolektiv's attitude. Following and participating in the evolution of global sounds, and most often working on the gentle blend of different genres that used to be played apart.. 

The team is formated by represantive djs/producers of the nu era freestyle/tribal electronik scene of Greece , and one can find lot of ways to dance or travel to their sets.. that made of materials comin from many diferent kinds of groove, brought all together.
