San Francisco-based band consisting of Rob Sham on drums, Michael Tomczyszyn on guitar and vocals, and TG Ferrell on bass and vocals. Tapis plays soulful, punk-y roots rock.

Hyp is entrenched in music. He has been professionally involved for 27 years, performing, recording, producing, mixing studio/live sound and mastering music projects. Formerly a member of the Roxbury-Boston founded Hip-Hop groups, Exile Society, Subterraneanz and Triple Ave, he has toured throughout Europe and the U.S and performed with acts from A Tribe Called Quest to Sade. With consistent socio-political lyrical content, Hyp realized it was time to put his words into action, went back to school and graduated from UC Berkeley in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Peace And Conflict Studies with a focus on restorative justice. He is currently the Program Manager for restorative justice based Reentry programs. These programs serve people returning home from jail and prison throughout the Bay Area. Hyp uses his diverse experience to guide his staff and the people they reach.
