Joey has been spreading his passion all over the world playing in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Ibiza, Italy, France, Greece, India and now continues his journey overseas to the land of human origin , South Africa. 

Known for his intense transitions behind the decks this international artist is an upcoming producer crafting hard in the studio to grow and mature his sound. His profound drive comes from the incredible feeling of joy he receives in bringing people closer to others and to themselves through the spell-bound magic of vibrations. 

As one of the founders of the Afrikaburn sound artwork everland and the Sundowners Collective festival in India (Goa) Joey dreams to create a spiritual way of life based on sharing, giving and contributing as one towards the same collective purpose. Enjoying the now and living true in the moment, attracting, manifesting and visualising from the spiritual into the physical is what makes him thrive.

van 1984 tot  2019  meerdere  dagen na elkaar .wekelijks  allerlei clubs bezocht.... sinds mijn vriendin . epilepsie - hartfalen- auto immuun ziekte - en meerdere hartaanvallen heeft gehad. heb ik besloten het nachtleven. vaarwel te zeggen.ten voordele van mijn vriendin. ik ga enkel nog naar festivals her en der als  er opvang voorzien is voor mn schattebout. zodat ik gerust weg kan. we zijn samen sinds 1998. ze heeft met dit feest varken werkelijk een engelen geduld moeten hebben al die jaren. met mij ....en me zo vreseliijk veel te moeten missen.. geduld wordt beloond zei ze altijd . idd.

Laugh when you can. Apologize when you should. Let go of what you can’t change. Kiss slowly, love deeply, forgive quickly. Take chances, give everything, and have no regrets. Life is too short to be anything but happy.
