Colabo Ent started around 2009 as just a vision; Catagory 3 started in 2012.
I met Kohen in 2010 through a mutual friend ( Tredae1 ) and I met Kali Chris in 2012.
We used to work together, and what brought us together was our love for music.
We decided to put everything in action in 2012.

    What motivates us to record, preform etc... is just doing what we love and being
able to entertain people and have them feel how we feel when we hear a great song or great lyrics. Our music is like a Hip-Hop, R&B soul mesh. We try to make sure you hear all of those aspects in all of our music on a consistent basis, as our music is uniquely blended. Some of our musical influences are Tupac, Biggie, Jay-Z and ScarFace and on the R&B side Jodeci, BabyFace, Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers and Marvin Gaye is some our major influences.
Our music is hard-hitting, soul touching, mind opening music for your spirit and for the streets.

    As up to date, we've only had one live performance on June 23rd at the Jet Lounge.
It was an "Exhilarating" experience, the energy was very high and we look forward to a future performance opportunities. People say our live performance was of the hook,  they enjoyed it, and they look forward to headlining in the future, the group seemed very energetic, and the designed mask was interesting and complied to the show.

    Yes we have a project in process at being mixed and mastered to be released soon. We also have music on Sound Cloud, Reverb Nation, Youtube and Myspace.

    My short-term goal is to get all of our artist to preform on a daily basis. Our long-term goal is to make it so our group is on a global scale to where everybody knows our music and to be able to do this/maintain this for a living. First we need to complete our first project by the end of the summer 2013. Then we need to get our online platforms larger as far as views and followers. Then we need to work on doing performances consistently within the next few years.

    We currently have a very strong presence that is constantly growing. We post our music and updates about our performance dates and videos of our performance and status

Attended and graduated from Duquesne University here in Pittsburgh, Pa  grew up in a two parent household which I'm blessed to say. My father exposed me to great music from oldies to jazz. I have a great respect for music I love it. I've always had a love for music from the lyrics down to the production. Honestly I wasn't sure if it was a passion of mine or just something I liked. I was always involved in sports so I never had enough time to fully devote to music the way I wanted. But I do now!!
