GOD LEVEL - THAGODLAW

Thagodlaw is a true Hip Hop artist from the small city of Norwalk Connecticut, resting less than an hour away from where the Hip Hop culture was born. Growing up on the Hip Hop of the late 80's through the mid 90's, Law brings an undeniable mix of life lessons and raw lyricism. As one half of the duo Sound Right Reason, Law along with group member Hush released an album titled The Medicine Cabinet in 2004 with producer Kaotic. The album was a mix of social commentary and raw production, and did well in penetrating the Underground Hip Hop market of NY/NJ/CT. Sound Right Reason has opened up for Hip Hop legends like KRS One, Buckshot, Busta Rhymes, Styles P, and Ceelo. After the regional success of The Medicine Cabinet, Law embarked on his first solo venture with a free for download mixtape entitled Law Library in 2010, followed by a full length LP with the same title released later that year on iTunes. With the help of local up and coming producers PHD(Grand Puba, Big Pooh of Little Brother), Sobe, and Soon, Law Library was soon deemed an independent classic, taking Law on 3 East Coast Tours, 3/14(6 Cities), 8/14(10 Cities), and again in 3/15(10 Cities) opening up for the late Sean Price of Duckdown Records & Prince Po of Organized Konfusion. Law is currently in the works on his new solo album "/uni.verse.ill lawz/"  released in   2016, followed by a promotional tour for the album.
