Looooong time fans of Toadie and I know a bit about this song's history. I don't touch this AU much because after my tumultuous experience owning the ill-fated "Smashtale: Emissary," I became a bit disenfranchised with the concept of Super Smash Bros x UT in general. Toadie and I both agree, however, that this track (meant originally as a Chara overworld theme in Emissary) was without a doubt the best thing to come out of the project, and just might be their best song from their Midsequer days. So rather than letting it continue to rot on the Emissary page, we've repurposed it for S:LO, where Villager takes the role of Sans. Fitting with the theme of rooting through the trash to find treasure, the thumbnail is some meme I saved to my computer in 2013-14, judging by the fact that the filename indicates I saved it to send to someone over Skype. Found it in my Recycle Bin, and figured it might as well have one last hurrah before getting deleted forever lol.

This is coming out only a few days after the one year anniversary of ACNH coming out, and only a few days before the three year anniversary of Smashtale Emissary being born. This wasn't uploaded today for either of those reasons, just a funny coincidence. Wacky how life works.

(Fire tears up from seeing the rope on the floor and runs over to her hugging her)
* Sayori! I thought I lost you...
* I didn't want to lose you...
* I'm so happy you're okay.
* ...
(Fire lets go of Sayori and glares at you)
* You...

(Fire is interrupted by Sayori who grabs his shoulder) 
* Fire calm down...
* They saved me, from my self...
(Fire turns to Sayori with a confused face)

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore II, the Betrayed Undyne ending, details an ending in which Frisk changes their ways for the worst after saving Undyne, and murders several Hotland monsters including Muffet and Mettaton. Toriel has taken her ex-husband's place after his death, and she struggles to maintain morale in an increasingly wary underground. Humans are to be treated not as enemies, but as friends. At least...in theory.

Papyrus keeps his own role. The Royal Guard may have disbanded, but that's okay-- Papyrus has founded his own group: The Royal Guard 2: Skeletal Boogaloo! He doesn't know what that word means, but Sans found a movie with that word in the title in the dump and Papyrus has used it ever since.

Yes, these are just improved versions of the tracks I posted on my main last month. I went back and improved the instrumentation to try and make the latter track more ambient and less stale.
Also, using Hotland motifs for the battle theme in an AU where Mettaton replaces Toriel was coincidental. There's another reason why I decided to do it, that you'll see when we get to the Snowdin section of the soundtrack.
Also also, the dummy in the Ruins and its respective ghost are replaced by Burger Pants, who serves as Mettacrit's assistant.

It was an honor to receive a contribution from @demongirlfriend, show her some love!

So this is the AU based on the amazing sitcom Community, a show which Toadie, Grimoire, and I all love. Troy Barnes takes the role of Papyrus. Most of the characters will use motifs used in the show, but having Troy's motif be a Childish Gambino song about climate change felt too perfect to pass up. That intro bit is the "Troy and Abed in the morning" jingle, by the way.
"At Least It Was Here" (the show's theme song) was supposed to be in here too, but we couldn't make it happen. Whatevs.

Hydromix is a roleshift AU primarily utilizing characters that appear in Waterfall. Temmie takes the role of Alphys. Don't expect too much to come out for this, it's kinda just for fun.
An older version of this was made ages ago, but I took it down for reasons somewhat unclear. It needed an update anyway, since that version predated the release of Escaped Chasm. Nonetheless, hope you enjoy!
