for Seoul, knowing where it goes

by thoughts wanna let ‘em go

Mercilessly
Crammin’ himself into the underground
Stayin’ low

Cross a mount
Cross the streets
Cross a pass
Cross the town
Still lost
in this concrete jungle
His forward plan
non-concrete and humble

Is anybody there?
Let him know where should go
Time’s ticking-
Damn it, where to flow?

He lies between 2 stops
Being called 20 and 30

Running in circles not even Posty

Where’s his destination

열차는 어디로 향하는 지 알고 가는데
생각에 사로잡힌 소년은 그 생각들을 떨쳐내고 싶네
허나 그 생각들은 자비 없이 요동치고
무기력한 채 지하철 안으로 몸을 밀어 넣네

열차는 산을 넘고 거리를 지나
건널목을 건너 도시를 가로지르지만
소년은 잿빛 도시 속에서 여전히 방향을 잃었네
그 소년의 앞날은 불분명하고 형편없기만 하네

어디로 가야 하는지 제발 누군가 알려줘
시간은 속절없이 가고
젠장, 어디로 흘러가는 거야
스물과 서른이라는 두 정거장 사이에 놓여있네

포스트 말론처럼 반복되네
2호선처럼 반복되기만 하네
소년과 이름이 같은 역이 있는데
그 소년의 도착지는 과연 어디인 것일까
