Deantae Reon Copeland; better known by his stage name CGE Coolie is an American rapper and self taught engineer from Rockford, Illinois. Growing up, he primarily listened to Lil Wayne, Hopsin, Eminem, Slipknot, Drowning Pool and lots of RnB, and cites that he ‘accidentally’ started rapping. His biggest inspiration, however, has always been his family and friends, who have supported him with each and every endeavor.

My Kids are my motivation my young guys in the city are too and becoming the sound of my city is number 2 I wanna build I wanna grow I wanna achieve the unthinkable coming from death and sorrow, from friends to family I represent us all and what the struggle of my city is going through.
