In a city with fierce competition, Sebastian Alvarez is an outlier all his own. 

Cementing his spot as a performer to watch in the city, Alvarez has blown passed many local comedy milestones in his short time performing in Miami.

In my humble opinion, he might also be one of the sharpest crowd-work comics we have in the city. His ability to whip together an entire set based on one word from a stranger in the crowd is nothing short of uncanny. 

We explore his drive and what keeps him as hungry as he seems, as well as some of his thoughts on working the crowds in this complex and unpredictable city.
