SoundCloud is forcing us to pay a subscription fee to have unlimited uploads. A free account normally has 3 hours of uploads but now with the new policy it will be 15 tracks ("3 hours or 15 tracks").
All accounts with 16 tracks or more as of December 9th will be softlocked. 
(Current tracks are unaffected, but you will still be blocked from uploading new ones)
