This song is the rawest I’ve ever been. Betrayal was born out of everything I went through.the pain of being abandoned by the one person who was supposed to protect me, the years of silence, the lies I told myself just to keep moving, and the scars that no one ever saw.
It’s not just about my father. It’s about trauma. Survival. Getting clean. Starting over.
It’s about trusting someone with everything… and watching them disappear.

I wrote this track as I was crawling out of a dark place. This is the sound of closure or at least my attempt at it.
If you’ve ever been betrayed by blood, if you’ve ever screamed into a void and felt nothing come back… this is for you.
