here is an excerpt of a guitar, tape loop + modular synth recording from tonight.  i am using the tape loop like an endless-repeat echo. the modular synth is processing both the live guitar and the tape playback through a series of things like granular samplers, reverb and lowpass + bandpass filters.

on the left side of this photo you can see the skiff i built yesterday, all finished + populated with modules. i think it turned out nicely.
