Gordon Rescues Thomas (Down the Mine Pilot)

To not make anyone confused, this theme is not an original theme for the owl that was shown in Thomas, this one was made as a birthday gift for LittleOwlVA's birthday (which is today). And so because he helped me so much with his performance of James for my miniseries, I decided to make something special for him on his day! Hope you have a great day, Jack!!!

Keep in mind I'm still trying to get the hand of making original themes like this one, so please don't ask me to make music requests for your OCs or any incidental theme you want me to make, not just yet. But either way, please enjoy!

Skarloey Railway Theme (Gullane Era)

Whaaat?! Two back-to-back posts?!

This one was born out of curiosity - I really wanted to push the comfort zone with this one. I did a lot of experimenting until I got a sound I was happy with!

I think the main breakthrough here was learning to use each section's individual instruments as, well, individual instruments. Where previously I would treat string and brass instruments as a whole group playing one thing, this time I've got the fiddle on lead with the piccolo (if i remember correctly).

I got the brass right this time around too! I got the tubas doing bass which gives the theme a funny "bwhomp" sound, and I like that.

This theme is free to use, if the proper credit is given!
