The Irish Times label him the '45 King' and Baz Hickey has earned the right to be described as such. Musically, he covers a lot of ground, always maintaining a hip hop sensibility when approaching the turntables. Having curated the "Funk 45s" night in Dublin's South William and later in the Sweeney Mongrel, his brand new all 45s night at The Bernard Shaw plays host to some of the scene's favorite spinners.
