This EP is a loud love letter to the kids on the wrong side of town who never quite fit the picture in the family photo. Coterie of Cretins plays garage-born hard rock with a sharp-tongued female lead, turning cul-de-sacs, dead-end jobs, and lonely holiday nights into gang-chant anthems.

“What the Bleep?”
A chaotic opener that turns a curse-filled rant into a crowd-chant hook, swapping every swear for “bleep” and leaning hard into frustration, humor, and release.

“Smile? You Smile!”
A punchy hard rock takedown of “you’d be prettier if you smiled,” built for shouted choruses and stage-stomp breakdowns. It’s all sharp edges and zero apology.

“Line of Site”
Riff-driven and defiant, this track draws a hard boundary and dares anyone to cross it. Heavy guitars, tight drums, and a chorus that feels like a warning sign.

“Coterie of Cretins”
The misfit-gang anthem and heart of the EP. Back-row kids, garage bands, and after-dark sidewalks become a crooked little kingdom no one else understands.

“Vain in My Veins”
A cathartic breakup song aimed at the person who turned every moment into a mirror. Lean, hooky, and bitter in all the right ways, it blows the dust off a tired crown and walks away.

“Strangers in the Streetlights”
Mid-tempo and moody, this one walks through a small neighborhood at night, capturing the quiet solidarity between kids who don’t know each other’s names but recognize the same tired eyes.

“Last Light on Laurel Lane”
The leaving-town farewell. A slower, cinematic closer that packs up a lifetime on one street, looks back at the porch lamps and parked cars, and finally drives off into something unknown.

“Through the Window (Christmas Eve)”
A holiday track seen from the sidewalk: watching a glowing family dinner through the glass and realizing, “I’m never going to have that.” It’s raw, tear-streaked, and painfully honest, a winter coda for anyone who’s ever felt outside every warm room.
