Driftwork Digital™ End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Driftwork Digital™ LLC (“Driftwork Digital™,” “we,” or “us”). It governs all musical works offered by Driftwork Digital™ (the “Works”), including original compositions and any remastered third-party recordings. By accessing, streaming, or otherwise using the Works, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Ownership & Registration

All Works are owned exclusively by Driftwork Digital™ LLC and are protected under United States copyright law.

Where applicable, Works are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (USCO) and assigned an International Standard Musical Work Code (ISWC).

All rights in the Works not expressly granted herein are reserved by Driftwork Digital™.

2. Grant of License – Listening & Streaming Only

Driftwork Digital™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Stream or listen to the Works on official Driftwork Digital™ platforms (e.g., SoundCloud, YouTube) in their original form.

Share direct links to those streams on personal websites, social media, or messaging apps, provided no advertisements, sponsorships, or paid promotions accompany the link.

3. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted in Section 2, you may not, in whole or in part:

Download, reproduce, adapt, modify, publicly perform, synchronize, sublicense, or create derivative works of any Work.

Embed or distribute a Work within any third-party media (e.g., videos, games, podcasts) without prior written consent.

Use the Works for any commercial purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law.

4. Credits & Notices

Whenever you publicly share, embed, or reference a Work, you must include this notice verbatim:

5. Remasters and Remix Addendum

The following provisions apply to any remastered recording of third-party material.

5.1 Scope

This Addendum covers official and tribute Remasters and remixes produced by Driftwork Digital™ of musical works originally owned by others (e.g., video game soundtracks, film scores, legacy recordings).

5.2 License Grant

Driftwork Digital™ grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: 

Stream Remasters on official Driftwork Digital™ channels in their entirety.

Share direct links to those streams so long as no paid advertisements or commercial endorsements accompany the link.

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

Download, copy, archive, alter, or create derivative edits of a unofficial, or official Remaster.

Embed Remasters in third-party media without the express written permission of Driftwork Digital™ and the original rights holder.

Monetize, sell, or otherwise commercialize any Remasters or Remixes.

5.5 Takedown & Termination

Driftwork Digital™ or the original rights holder may request removal of any Remaster at any time. Upon such request, you must cease streaming, sharing, and linking within 48 hours. This license terminates immediately upon removal.
6. DMCA & Enforcement

Driftwork Digital™ respects copyright. We will respond to notices of infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe your rights have been infringed by a User, please send a compliant takedown notice to digital-driftworks@cyberservices.com.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, in agreement and full adherence with US statutes and law where applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in [Your County], [Your State].
